Christine was such a joy to work with. She was not only professional and extremely helpful (from setting up our new tanks to our propane fill ups), but she did it all with patience. My wife and I could not have asked for a better, more convenient experience. We will certainly continue using Suburban Propane because of Christine’s wonderful customer service.

We had to switch out our gas tank out today. Domingos Domingues came and did the job quickly and with a smile. He helped me with making sure all the burners worked before he left and gave me advice for cleaning the burners out that I didn't know anything about. He was pleasant, quick and courteous. Great job!

I’ve been a customer for nearly 8 years. Deliveries have always been timely and the drivers are courteous and professional.I’ve never needed service until this past week when the flooding in West Warwick tipped my tank over (yes, that much water was in my backyard!). I called for service and there was a crew here within the hour to set it back in place and check that the connections were safe.A couple of days later, I started having a problem with the flow of gas to my oven. I called again and the customer service agent on the line couldn’t have been nicer. She squeezed in an appointment for the service tech to come out the next morning. I got a call and an email confirming the appointment and he arrived as promised. He quickly replaced the regulator and everything is once again running beautifully.I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service I get from Suburban.They really work hard to ensure your satisfaction!
