The staff is great. My father needed help with getting a new phone. Michael and Joey went above and beyond. Came back a few days later once receiving the phone in the mail and Luciel was absolutely amazing. Great customer service!!

I had a very unique situation, and had been passed through several customer assistance personnel who were unable to help me. As a last resort before switching providers I decided to go into the Coventry store. Mike and his staff were so understanding and knowledgeable and were able to take care of this. I will continue to use T-Mobile because of this experience. I'm so glad I decided to try going in person.

Ashley in Coventry store 809 is absolutely amazing, she made sure I fully understood all my options and took the time and patience with me that I needed, she is an absolute gem and blessing to this store. If you need anything GO SEE HER!! Someone give this girl a raise.

Firstly, I'd like to thank Mike for being one of the most patient, helpful & kind people that I've ever dealt with at this store. I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra & have been having issues with the screen protectors. Today I went in for the 2nd time because of this issue & was met with an employee that put out his hands, shrugged his shoulders & repeatedly asked "what do you want me to do??" & walked off.I was not being rude. I was asking questions. I'm sorry but if you can't handle a customer having difficulties or issues maybe you shouldn't be in customer service. No one needs to be met with a temper tantrum ?.Thanks again Mike! You answered my questions professionally & took the time to make sure I understood. You're the best ✌️

They don't help you at all. They called and they said they were going to help my daughter and they didn't they charged her for something she wasn't supposed to be charged for. We had to keep going back had to keep making phone calls and still did not get results. We should not have had to go countless times,or call countless times. I could see two times but we went at least three times and called about 10. Will never do business with them

The manager here who claims to be with the 20 yrs will rip you off told me phone was free being charged told me insurance bring him the phone get a replacement also not true also added 3 insurances also says we have 5 phones we have 2 was supposed to get me a screen protector none in stock sold me a different phone screen protector said he would exchange if after a month still no protector would never go to this store again he up sells you everything to get more of a commission absolutely terrible and full of misinformation and lies 0/10 would not recommend

I thought I had to update my phone because my two years is up but nope. The salesman didn't try to sale me another phone. I was shocked usually salesperson will try to sell you everything you don't need

John (I believe he’s the store manager) went above and beyond to help me out. He really took his time with me when I didn’t think I had many good options available for purchasing a new device he helped me find the perfect package for what i was looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough & patient with the complicated process of what I had come in for. I appreciate him ALOT and I’m looking forward to continuing my services with you guys. I had the best customer service experience ever! Erin assisted me with transferring my cell phone service to T-Mobile. She was thorough, very knowledgeable and very helpful through the process. My husband and I stopped by today with our screen protectors we had purchased and asked the associate if she could put them on for us her name was Erin she put them on with such precise detail and patience and as she was doing it the conversation just flowed about our phones and how we could do a few things we were not aware of with them her professional manner was five star in itself but her friendly personality was beyond a five star rating... T-Mobile you have a real gem working for you it was such a nice visit to our local Coventry store I just had to share our experience... with all the unfriendly people in the world these days it's a rare find when you meet someone like Erin thank you so much Erin.
