“Took a fleet vehicle (company car) to Town Fair Tire in Warwick for snow tires. The staff were were friendly, responsive, and professional. There were some complications with the fleet vehicle management which Kevin found a way to resolve. They went above and beyond what I would have expected.”

“Honda CRV’s ac was blowing warm on driver’s side and cold on passenger side. Took to J&S on Pontiac last year and they installed a new blend door. Car still blew warm. They then told me it needed a total repair and quoted 4K! I said no way and drove it as is for the rest of the summer. A friend recommended Park Ave Auto so I decided to get a second opinion from them. Chris was honest and straightforward and said he would have his technician do an assessment.Long story short, they replaced the expansion valve for $588 and the ac is working like brand new! Can’t recommend them enough! Excellent customer service and they were wonderful communicating all through the process.”

“I was visiting family this past week in Providence from Connecticut for New Year's so I'm quite unfamiliar with the area, of course when I tried heading back my car didn't start. My dad tried looking at the car but had no luck so I ended up having to get it towed and taken to a mechanic. One of my friends recommended J.M. Auto Repair so I had the tow drop it off there. When I got there I told them what happened and how it wasn't starting and they understood and started working on the car. They told me that the battery in my car was dead so I got worried because I have a pretty old car (2016 Honda Civic) but luckily they had the battery in stock and put a brand new one in there. These guys were super fast and took like 10 minutes to finish the whole thing so would recommend it if you need something small done, 10/10.”

“BRING YOUR CARS TO THESE GUYS!!!!! They truly care for their customers and do everything they possibly can to get you back on the road. I recently got a full set about a week ago and one of my tires ended up getting damaged and wasn’t allowed to be under warranty because of road damage. Don the manager took his time to try and see if we could save the tire and when we couldn’t he made sure that I didn’t leave without getting my car back on the road. They hooked me up with a new tire and made sure that I was safe and ready to go back on the road. If you choose any tire place to get your wheels please choose them they are top tier and amazing with their customers!!!!!!!”
“Amazing service and care for customer. I live in the neighborhood and never really had issues with my tires before until one morning I got a flat on the way to the airport. Upon returning from my trip I decided to take my car by to get the tire fix. The service and care provided is a reason I will only be giving Quality Tire my business and family business in the future. Genuine good people who don’t try to make an extra buck of someone when they probably could.”

“I had both my front tires replaced at this tire shop on Saturday 12-13-25 and the technician accidentally stripped two of my lug bolts by putting them on with the impart gun instead of by hand 1st damaging 2 of the 5 drum threads. My service van weighs 10,000 lbs fully loaded and it had to fixed right away for safety. Today 12-17-25 I brought the bill to the owner and he took care of it no questions asked and was very apologetic. Mistakes happen but how you handle it is what matters. Im giving these guys a 5 star review for honesty and integrity ?”
