“Should have another way for someone without a cell phone or with low cell phone memory available to be able to register and upload a picture of their license for pick up. My phone couldn't take my license picture and upload it because it said low memory. Thank God my husband was with me and we were able to do it from his phone, otherwise I don't know what I would've done. Otherwise it was a smooth transaction and customer rep was helpful.”
