Mike at TCC Verizon was awesome to work with. Went above and beyond to make sure we got the phones and watches we wanted. Also got us to switch our internet service to Verizon which has worked great for us compared to the service we used previously. He was friendly and professional. Thank you Mike!

Chris G was fantastic. I stopped in to upgrade my phone, which can be a challenge. Chris was knowledgeable and offered expert advice relative to phone models as well as cellular plan modifications that would be beneficial.
Overall a terrific experience thanks to Chris!

The service I received from Kassondra was by far the best I have ever experienced in that place. I was in and out within 20 minutes, she answered all my questions, was very personable and made what normally is an aggravating and time consuming process appear seamless. EXCELLENT and KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE!

Had to visit there 2x in the past 3 days with a phone malfunction. Chris helped me both times I was in the store, he was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Thank you for the wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend this store. Always get my upgrades from this store as well. Never an issue.
