“Dr Tapp and her entire staff have made such wonderful improvements in the lives of 2 of my dogs who suffered with allergies, while I tried OTC remedies, to no avail. Dr Tapp sifted patiently through all my info & input, tested my dogs and was able to formulate serums to help both dogs. She and her staff have been kind, supportive, and patient with us, no matter the challenge. SO happy with all team members!”

“Had such a great experience with VCA Atwood animal hospital. I have never written a yelp review before but created an account just for this. My dog suffers from seizures and they can be triggered when he is stressed but it is unpredictable when they will happen. I had an appointment scheduled today for an issue with his paw, however two minutes after I walked into the office my dogs seizures were triggered. Immediately the vet and tech were in the waiting room with me, picking up my dog and carrying him back for treatment. They continued to keep a staff member with him for the next two or so hours. They set up a blanket in a room so I could be with my dog but still had someone in there watching over him just incase another seizure occurred. I am so thankful the care my dog received tonight.”

“There is alot of Veterinarian services out there if you Google veterinarian in Rhode Island do come up with a lot of places to choose from .But you can't search great customer service .This veterinarian doctor is one of the most friendliest Educated specialist in her field what I've ever met in my entire life . “We had to put our cat down. He was 17, and quickly getting progressively sicker. Dr. Bergman and Sarah were great. They made the experience as good as possible. Sarah fed Hector treats, and he received a lot of loving. He didn’t even seem to notice the injection given, while he was chowing down on treats. We couldn’t have been more satisfied about how it all went.”
“Our family has been with Banfield in Warwick, RI for 13 years. We just brought our pup in yesterday to get put down. They helped Rudy from the day we got him as a new pup until his last day alive. “Never have i experienced such a sweet and caring staff before. We have been to ocean state on a few occasions, and always have we been treated gracefully and with such compassion. Our most recent stint was with our young kitten who ended up with a freak kidney infection. Every person we experienced was so kind and professional. My 2 year old daughter waited with myself for about 4 hours. Staff stepped in with coloring books, crayons and kindness. I don’t have enough good words. Care overnight for our kitty was exceptional, and you can tell the staff truly cares for your pet. Convenience for an emergency vet is pricey but Ocean state is very much worth it and we are just glad to have a healthy, healing, energetic kitty back home. Thank you Ocean State Vet team!”
