I went here because it's close to my work and I'd had good experiences with the walk-in clinic before. My issue was completely unresolved at my appointment, my name was spelled wrong in my chart, and I received a bill for nearly $400 for a new patient appointment. I have an HRA plan, and my bills are supposed to be submitted to my secondary insurance before I'm billed. However, they never sent it out to the secondary insurance. I called and spoke with their billing department and they said they would submit my bill where it needed to go. A month later I received another letter saying my payment was past due, and it was still the same amount. I called again today, and they told me my insurance is inactive. It is not. I called the front desk and was told to call the billing department again. This entire situation has been beyond frustrating, and I'm at the point where I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

I tend to be particular about good care.So the fact I have been a patient for almost 24 years says it all! Deb, Karen and Tim have always been responsive to my needs and provided excellent care! Hopeful the growing pains of a new system and transition to the umbrella of Village Medical will be resolved and they will continue meeting the needs of their patients.

I have been a patient of South County Internal Medicine for close to 20 years. Since Village Medical have taking control of the services, the service has declined to the point whereas the service is life threaten. I cannot get my prescription's refilled; I cannot get in to see a doctor on a timely basis, and the receptionist has lied saying they would have someone get back to me. Seriously, people are going to die due to Village Medical horrendus patient support.

I arrived at 8:20 for an 8:30 a.m. appointment and the 3 women who run the front desk are behind the frosted glass and I can hear them laughing and enjoying a convo while I stand there waiting for them to assist me. One of them finally comes out through a side door and says "please come in." I go to a counter and there is an empty coffee mug that says "I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT MY FACE DOES WHILE YOU ARE SPEAKING TO ME." In a doctor's office. I complained to my nurse practitioner about this but the offensive mug was never removed. And let's speak about the nurse practitioner ... he refilled a prescription for me. The original directions said "take one or two tablets daily." The refill says "take one daily." Not once did I get to see a doctor - despite asking to see one.

I've been a patient of Dr. Collins since I was a teenager and recommend both he and his staff whenever I'm asked by friends and family about my thoughts on a primary physician. Consistent care, compassion and availability is what you can expect. He and his staff are lovely and always willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of their patients. ❤️

The people were fantastic from the receptionist all the thru to the P E Rachel every one was very pleasant and very helpful . It's too bad you done have a ten star rating .

This place is close to home. Large waiting room. Excellent staff, nurses and Doctors. Wait times in the office to see the Doctor is only a few minutes.

The visit was quick and to the point. Minimum waiting where I was able to be seen and head to work right after. Before being seen I suggest for patient to be prepared with medical concerns and/or information needed to be shared with the doctor.

I can't see my doctor when I feel sick. The wait time to see him is more than two weeks from the date I called.

My doctor Rachel Manor Delgado is the best if anybody needs primary care doctor I will recommend her she is a life saver I don't mean candy but lifesaver ??????
