Why is the 24 hour store closed at 5 am when I go to work. Only place around that supposed to be open for me to get a coffee, but they’re never actually open. What a waste of time. Stop advertising as 24 hour if your not, that simple!

Idk what kind of business ya'll are running but I drove like 7 miles to pick up 2 doordash orders and when I get there the store looks open yet the doors were locked and I couldn't see anybody in the store and no one was answering the phone, and there was no sign on the door stating any reas why the store was unexpectedly closed. So thanks 7/11 for making me waste my time and my gas for absolutely no reason. Idk why you would advertise that you're open 24 hours and then turn around and close the store doing God knows what when dashers and customers need to get in the store. Effing ridiculous and whoever the employee is who thinks they can just take a break without posting a sign on the door or anything in a 24 HOUR store needs to be fired. I will never shop or pick up an order from this unprofessional business again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Day or Night, Rain or Shine- 7-Eleven is always open! I particularly like this location. It's clean, well- stocked and the staff is usually very nice and helpful.They have a nice selection of items. There juice selection could be a bit more extensive, as well as there ice cream selection.

Worker by the name Olga has been very rude to me one time in the past, and now she’s being very rude to staff. Terrible attitude in front of customers, every time I walk in the store and see her I regret coming in, she looks cracked out

Nice gas station and convenience store. Some 7-Eleven stores are not well kept and full of people loitering outside. I have not seen any of that at this convenience store. The gas pumps are all self pay, so that's easy for people in a hurry. On the inside you can get a slurpee, regular cold beverages, snacks, cookies, chocolates as well as some prepared foods like sandwiches. Their auto part section has the basic things like windshield washer fluid, oil, brake fluid, etc. The lady inside was very pleasant and patient with all the customers.

This is the only 7-Eleven that I use an ATM at in Rhode Island I live in Massachusetts I don't go to Rhode Island much except Saturdays I will use my chime credit card at their ATM to take out money my credit card was recently information was stolen they got my PIN number and my credit card number and took out cash at another convenience store in Rhode Island in Warwick I have strong reason to believe that they have a skimmer on their ATM collecting information be aware using your credit card at this location whether it's the store purchases or specially their ATM I will never use my credit card again there....

I order through Uber Eats. They substitute without checking if the replacement is ok. Twice now I've been disappointed with the substitute item.

I really enjoy coming here because it's close to my home. I usually grab water, cigarettes and gas. Occasionally I bring my son to grab some candy and or ice cream. Lately I have been noticing some weird behaviors from the cashier. I can feel them staring me down. But today, she followed me to the back while I was grabbing water. I also got the weirdest/longest stares from them today ..briefly as I walked in. I've worked retail for over 15 years so I know what what that stare is and "pretending" to fix the aisle is. I ensure you guys that if you keep that behavior up you will lose many customers. I spend hundreds on gas and water here and I'm very disappointed with the service today. I'm writing this because I would like you guys to fix this type of stereotyping and judgement. You don't treat customers this way. If you have not caught a customer on camera stealing i don't suggest following them around the store. SMH
