There's a new DMV in town and it's just as slow and aggravating as the State run one but you have to pay a membership for this one.
There were 5 people behind the counters to help 10 of us on the other side. Only 2 of them appeared to work and know what they were doing. I waited 35 minutes to be told to fill out a form and get back in the 35 minute line.
At least DMV lets you skip the line the 2nd time. I had to leave and figure out how to do for myself online. Think I'll skip them and go directly to the DMV next.ay even cancel my mem

REALLY bad service .... I came in between 1:40 and 1:50 to ask about a drivers license renewal and the lady( kinda chubby, brown skin and short black curly hair, kinda looks Hispanic) that checked me out was so rude and had an attitude and when she called me up she was already giving me a dirty look and everytime I asked a couple questions about my license I felt like she kept belittling me and also raising her voice at me .... She needs an attitude check seriously.....

AAA went all in on diversity equity and inclusion, then the diverse people they insured turned out to not be so good at paying bills and abused the safety net of home, auto and renters insurance. Now they're charging us good people 100% increases in our premiums, and they expect us to just stand together with them while they try to weather the storm. Nah. See ya.

I went in for my new ID March 18. First I was told that I would not have my ID in time to fly on April 5th so I should come back in 3 weeks. I said no way because you can use your paper license to fly even though she didn’t think I could. I received my new license in a week and a half. Then she told me I had to call the airline and add my middle name to my flight. I called and they said that’s not true they do not pay attention to the middle name. I just feel like a little more education is needed for employees so they can give the correct info when needed.

I had to ask another employee for his name because he didn’t have his name tag on that it is unprofessional. I don’t know if he was trying to hide his name. I don’t know what’s going on with him. His name is. Tim a.k.a. Timmy to I come in first then a lady I sit down wait for like 5 to 7 minutes. A lady comes Check in and sit down 3 to 4 minutes her name gets called before me and then the dude is like trying to flirt with With her accent and how she’s doing and stuff, Having sweet talk with her and then everything’s done so now I’m waiting for him to call me. Another employee had to check into the computer and she actually dealt with me so I don’t know if it was a racial profiling. I don’t know what’s going on with that dude but I’m very upset.

I recently enrolled in AAA Cranston Driving School. I want to give a special shout-out to my instructor, Steven Wiant, who played a pivotal role in making my driving lessons enjoyable and effective. At 34 years old, with limited driving experience and a deep-seated fear of being behind the wheel, I embarked on my first lesson with a considerable amount of anxiety. However, Steven's understanding and patient demeanor immediately put me at ease. His energy and enthusiasm were contagious, creating a positive and comfortable learning environment. One aspect that truly stood out was Steven's willingness to go above and beyond. Recognizing my apprehensions, he generously provided an extra half-hour class, ensuring that I gained the confidence and skills needed for success. This additional time was invaluable, especially considering that the standard 6 hours of AAA classes may not be sufficient for everyone. While I do wish AAA's services were more affordable and included additional hours, I am genuinely happy with the overall experience. Steven's dedication to his students' success is evident, and I appreciate the personalized attention he provided throughout my lessons. Thanks to his guidance, I feel more confident and capable on the road.

If I was AAA I would look at Dave’s Towing reviews and see how unreliable they are and take them off your list of tow companies. 3 stars and almost all of them are about being unreliable and unprofessional
