I went to shop after shop trying to figure out what was wrong with my car and no one could fix it but I came here and he was able to figure out exactly what was wrong. 4 shops later and this will be my place to go to from now on!!!

Under new management, and Kevin is absolutely amazing! His communication, reliability, and honesty are truly refreshing—especially these days when so many shops overcharge. First off- Kevin and associate are very professional and extremely nice to work with. I just had my 2017 Dodge Caravan work on. Replacing rear brakes, rotors and a rear wheel bearing and hub. Also installed four tires, mounted and balanced. The work was done in a extremely timely manner at a very good price. A couple of months ago I had a radiator installed with the same outcome. I've been going to this auto repair shop for many years and always had an extremely satisfied experience.
With that said - if you want a mechanic who is honest and will fix only what is needed and asked for. Then you found your place with Accu Auto.

Customer service is horrible. Had an appointment but car wasn't seen. Owner was sarcastic with me about my car concerns and never attempted to so much as check the car despite my setting time aside to bring it to him at the time he said he'd be available and absolutely no other cars present to work on.

Guy is rude and pick n chooses what jobs he wants and too lazy to diagnose a car I mean com on what kind of lazy mechanic are you? Go down the street to toups auto much honest mechanic and better customer service won’t b disappointed

Wish could give zero stars. Exactly one week ago called T - the owner, made appointment and received a quote for oil + oil filter change. Today arrived~20 min earlier and asked him if he prefers 11a.m. (the appointment time) or would rather start earlier. He opted for 11 a.m., asked me if I would leave the car or wait and cautioned me that i still may need to wait should something unexpected be discovered on the car being worked on now. I said i will be back at 11, explained that being ♿️ handicapped I will wait and that I fully understood that there may be a delay. When I returned at 11a.m. he told me that servicing my car is too much for him and that he is sorry but he can not accommodate me without offering any other alternative.
I reminded him I had appointment he gave me 1 week prior and asked why he did not say anything when I came earlier that day. He waved me out of his business parking lot and told me to " have a nice day". I guess profit drives everything and the cars that came after my first visit were promising more $$$$ than my simple oil+filter change. It explains why such a behavior, but does not justify it. I wasted time, gas, physical effort ( I depend on walker), but most importantly got greatly disappointed with complete lack of responsibility and reliability. I did not expect such a recklessness and lack of respect after reading the great reviews. SHAME....
