They either don't know ow what they're doing , or their ain't enough of them to deal with the customers that don't know what they're needing.

Honestly very disappointed with the staff.
I came inside with a battery asking for a charge nicely. They took my battery and placed it and I had patience to ask them a question. Comes to find out the very next day upon arriving and asking them for my battery back and they DONT have it? How do you just hand off a battery to someone which out verifying? Then told me to wait a day later to have it figured out. Last time I come to this place after I get a reimbursement.

Stopped in to get a wiper blade. Grabbed the first one i saw. Staff person helped me by making sure i got the right one. Second staff person further helped me by double checking and then getting me a less expensive version, and then put it on for me. Thank you guys and gal so very much.

On their website they said they have it in stock, went there and asked if they have the part took them a long time to look for the part and came back to tell me they don’t have it in stock. Gave me attitude when i asked them if they can update the website so people wont waste their time to go to their store waste of time
