If i could give this zero stars I would. Today I purchased a new battery for my key fob and the employee who changed it completely broke it. There are chunks missing and the inside is completely exposed. I understand things happen but the employees were rude, and did not apologize. A key fob replacement can be $200-$300 and all the employees could say, was “well it still works and it’s not too expensive to fix.” The way they handled it was so unprofessional and they treated me like I was the problem. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE

If i could give it 0 stars i would.The last 3 times I went in there they didn't have what I needed in stock. Simple oil filters and air filters. The customer service is awful. You can hear them in the back chit chatting, swearing, talking about vulgar things while they have a line of customers waiting. I only go because it's 2 streets over from me but I will not return. Most of the good workers went over to o reilys. Much better service there.

My a/c wasn't working blowing cold air. I bought a can to recharge. I couldn't get anyone to do it for me (my family) so I was returning in. The guy asked why I was returning it I said I couldn't find anyone to do it for me, he came outside, and did it for me. I think his name was Eli. Super nice super helpful. My AC is blowing cold air. He save me a trip to fire stone. I definitely would recommend this place.

I came in with a two year old Optima Red battery. The manager refused to credit my trade in and refused to. warranty it. He didnot care that I could not find the receipt The total amount is cost was $279 00 I left the store upset!

Worst place to shop for parts. They don’t care about their costumers.So I was at work thought I’d place an online order so I can just grab the oil and oil filter on my way home. I call the store after my shift ends. I keep getting put on hold for over 20mins finally I am told my order is ready. When I arrive at the store. I had to wait and the staff still had to go pick my order and I waited some more. Finally I was able to go home but it was raining. When I was finally able to change my oil and was ready to put in the new oil filter it would not fit. I looked and it was not the right size it was not the right filter that was on my receipt. Now I can not drive since I took all the oil out of my car already. I called the store and they told me they don’t deliver so their is nothing they can do. I call costumer support and I am told oh yes we will give you a gift card and you can order this online for same day shipping. I do that and when I go to check out I am told I can not use a gift card for same day shipping and that I will be charged over $16 for an $8 dollar oil filter to be delivered same day so I can drive me car…… wow so give your customers the wrong part and when they need to order the right part online over charge them. Good way to screw over your costumers and to get rich quick ??

I have been standed in my car for 2 days .My key won't turn on in my ignition.I am currently homeless and living in my car at 73 years old and disabled.I called Auto Zone down on Park Avenue in Cranston Rhode Island and Kay answered.I told her my situation and after my second call.She said I will be right there.I an at the Dunkin Donuts on Reservoir Avenue in Cranston Rhode Island. She tried everything she could and she couldn't fix it because it was locked.She took my number and name and would try tomorrow to get me a mechanic.I never met a nicer person working at Auto Zone.She was compassionate and understanding.I think she deserves a raise and she would make an excellent manager! She knew this was more than a car problem.That for people like me it's life and death!She told me she was homeless for almost a year too! I she should be commended for what she did and tried to do for me !

I came to this Autozone because I needed a screw for my license plate. I asked the first associate (Kendrick) where I could find screws for license plates. He said isle 4 on the left or isle 5 on the right. He didn't offer to assist or ask which size I was looking for. I made my way over and spent quite some time trying to figure out which screw I needed. A different employee (female) passed me by and said I was looking for size M-6 and then walked away without offering further assistance. I chose one and went to cash out. Kendrick rang me out and was watching tv on his phone while he rang me out. I found this unprofessional. Unfortunately the screw was not the right size so I went back in to return the item. Kendrick was the associate again. He was on speaker phone on his personal cell when I approached the counter. Then his call ended and the Netflix show came back on the screen playing outloud. He didn't offer to help me find the right size he just accepted the return. I was not pleased with my interaction with the associates and will consider going elsewhere next time I need anything for my car.
