I had the pleasure of meeting Marlon this morning- what an asset to the company! He notarized a document for me. As a notary myself, I have encountered tellers who do not know how to properly notarize and I've had to have documents corrected. Marlon did everything correctly and explained to me what he was doing- he is a GREAT notary, following RI Notary Laws! I had questions about employment opportunities at BOA and Marlon was very helpful and enthusiastic with his answers. It is evident that he loves his job! Thank you Marlon!

This is the third time I’ve gone in for a bank check and they say “the machine is down” very inconvenient. I’ve been with Bank of America forever and for the largest banking institution around I’d expect better

No wonder the branch is ranked so low. The wait times are so bad and there is absolutely no appreciation of customers. At the busy time, they often have one banker helping with no regard to the line.

I am a person with very limited time.I made an appointment for today at 9 in the morning and I was there punctually.I had to leave at 9:30 because I had more commitments and no one attended to me, no one came out to check because I had been sitting there for half an hour.If I got an appointment it is because I really had several matters to organize with the bank and no one attended to me for half an hour.Now I have to wait another week to get a new appointment of course at another agency Never again at this one.

We had an appointment at this location. We were supposed to receive a text or email to confirm but We never received one. Called this location for an hour and a half, trying to see when the appointment was scheduled for. . No one picked up. We have decided to do our banking elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Have to make an appt to open a simple account that takes 30 minutes tops. I’ve been a customer here for years and no customer appreciation. No one even greets you except the security guard. For being such a big bank they have no excuse for treating customers so poorly!

The tellers don’t appear to like their job. Atmosphere very sullen all the time. Never a smile, never friendly. Always have to wait even when it’s slow. I only go here when I have to, otherwise I use another branch. If their drive-thru is down and you tell them, they don’t say sorry or thank you, just ok. Then, they don’t immediately turn a sign on to let the next person know. Whoever hires, trains and manages needs to be replaced immediately. Lots of negative reviews here, but nothing changes. Please don’t bother to respond here. Just do something!

I've come here a for some months now, I have noticed that the tellers seem to get bothered every time a request is made for change or deposits. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that it can be a challenging role. However, their frustration over task like deposits (their job) is concerning. In my opinion, customer service requires the ability to greet customers with a smile and provide pleasant interactions. A friendly greeting like "Hi, how are you?" or "Have a good day" can make all the difference. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly as I will not be returning in the future.
