Absolutely the most miserable bank I've ever worked with. They have treated me with disrespect every single time I needed to have something taken care of. I've never had such a horrible experience with a bank and I'm looking forward to closing my account. The reps at this bank need training in how to be personable and how to treat clients.

I NEVER review companies, however I feel I should warn against coming to this location specifically for currency exchange. That being said, Gianna was incredibly rude, and reluctant to exchange my USD to Euros and asked aloud if anyone else wanted to help me several times. No one did. She complained aloud several times that she did not want to process my exchange. I understand that it’s a pain, but it’s a service offered at their branch. After complaining, and not starting the process of my exchange, Gianna then pawned me off to another teller who had just returned from the back. Gianna acted as if my currency exchange was the biggest inconvenience of her life. Gianna’s unprofessional and rude attitude made me feel very unwelcome, anxious, and uncomfortable. Linda was the teller who ended up helping me, she was very pleasant and friendly. 5 stars for Linda! Again, I feel bad for writing this because I don’t like being critical, or potentially putting someone’s job at risk. I’m hoping Gianna was just having a bad day and she isn’t always this unpleasant and ignorant.

I have a great experience with this Branch since I opened my Bank Account. They are very courteous and polite, and also very efficient. I want to specially thanks Richard and Lee Ann for their their amazing attitudes and professionalism.

Always closed earlier than they're supposed to be for inside the branch. Some things you can't do through the ATM and need to go inside. Very frustrating when you get there and the doors are locked before their closing time.

I went to this bank after (3) other banks stated that they don't offer free checks with there checking accounts. I spoke with Ashley. She stated you get free checks when you have direct deposit. Everything is free, free everything! She was friendly, fast service and she explained everything to me. Very wonderful person. When I got home I starting calling and texting family and friends about this bank. Friday BankRI will be receiving new customers. Thanks Ashley!

Super friendly tellers. I opened my account 5 years ago and never had a problem with my account. I made a purchase at local business that I never used my card there. They contacted immediately to see if this was me using my card. I had to verify my purchase and it was that simply. I truly love that feature.

Horrible customer service! I think her name was Lauren. No personality. No smile. I might have heard a "Thanks" after making a deposit. With so many options out there, my time here is done. Was seriously considering taking my 2 mortgages and 2 loans here. Not anymore. I'll close out my checking account by the end of the week.
