I went with my niece to take full advantage of the candle sale. The associates were very engaging and super helpful. Even at the register when I had technical difficulties with the bbw app. The associate was patient and super helpful to me. As you might notice, from a previous review, this shopping experience was quite redeeming for my previous experience at this location. It just proves we can't always judge a business on one unfortunate or ugly encounter. Everyone has an off or even a bad day. I was willing to give another chance; and look, it was well worth it!

This location is so terrible. I typically just order online and pick up and never have any issues at the Smithfield location. This location always seems to be either very busy, or there are employees stocking, but not enough helping at the registers. The last time I went, there was very long lines, and it took about a half hour for me to pick up an online order. Typically in a Smithfield store, I can approach any employee and they will look it up on an iPad and give it to me so I don't have to wait in a lengthy line. Today was extremely disappointing. I waited about 25 minutes and there were only two people in front of me in line. One person was there to pick up their online order and found one but the other one couldn't be found because she had actually ordered it to a store in Connecticut. The other woman in front of me was picking up an order but two items were canceled, but actually in stock so she waited while the employees got them for her to purchase. By the time I was at the front of line it had already been 20 minutes. I gave my online order number and the girl begins to look for it. At one point someone else approached the girl, so she started helping that person. There are multiple people working at the register and it had been about 5 minutes longer, so at that point I asked somebody else if they could just grab my order since I've been waiting there for a very long time and was on my lunch break. She started to look and couldn't find it. At that point. I just said to write my number down and they could call me when it was located and I'll pick up tomorrow on my next lunch break because I had to get back to work. The employee wrote down my phone number, but never called me back. I then contacted customer service to see if my order was delivered to the store and they said it actually was at the store and it was ready. They attempted to call the store, but just like I had, there was just an answering machine in no live person to speak to. Extremely frustrating and clearly they do not value your time. Very disorganized store. Zero stars would not recommend.

I walked in on the Annual Sale, which I did not know was happening. I've been going to this same store for years. I went in and finished buying gifts for my nieces birthday. There is such a wide range of gifts for others or to treat yourself that you cannot leave without finding something smelling yummy, especially this time of year. It's a fragrant paradise.
