I absolutely love this school and was very lucky to be able to be part of them . My daughter looks forward to school everyday , even on her days off đ. All the teachers and staff are so caring and when a child needs that extra care they always pay attention and provide care and support they might need to help their days go smoother . I absolutely love that we get through emails a recap / highlight on what our child do each day with pictures of them in the moment â¤ď¸. A lot of my clients also put their child in the schoool also and had nothing but great reviews on how their child have learn so I h and come out of their shells and be more sociable which is very important especially to prepare them for kindergarten. This is my daughter with her friends from class at their sweetheart dance â¤ď¸

My daughter started attending Cadence Academy in 2021 and it has been a great journey ever since. Great learning opportunities, excellent teachers, a wonderful assistant director. The environment is warm and welcoming. Most importantly my daughter loves it. The summer camp is amazing. The kids are given the chance to go on fields trips, they have different learning activities that keeps the kids engaged and makes learning more interesting and fun. What can I say..... I'm grateful that I found Cadence, wouldn't have it any other way!!!

My son is in Pre-school at cadence and he loves it, and I love it for him! The teachers are amazing and super caring! I was nervous at first, but they made me feel like o was leaving my son with a family member who cared for my child, not just some who was there for a check. If your considering Cadence Academy, stop thinking and just enroll your little one!

Hello, the reason I'm commenting here is that my daughter has started to fear going to school psychologically and asks me the same question every day. Will they push me again when I go to school? As a mother, this distresses me because my daughter is not in a position to defend herself. We suggested she go to preschool to learn a language. But the school is subjecting a defenseless child to violence and openly admits to it. My daughter tells me who pushed her, who helped her up, one by one. "The one with brown hair pushed (the secretary keeping records), the one with blonde hair helped her up (her teacher)." In which school can a secretary who keeps records intervene with students? My husband is talking to the teacher; the teacher acknowledges that my daughter cried and that an incident occurred there but does not mention pushing or hitting. Now the school is responding, "We are clean." I ask you, why isn't there a camera watching the children in the principal's office? Why isn't the school connected to a camera system? If you are confident in yourselves and your educators, install a camera system. Don't send your child to a preschool without a camera system. And my request to you is to ask your children if they have experienced violence!Note: Do we have to be American to win our case? Children were untouchable here; there were children's rights. What happened? Just because we're not American, can't we benefit from these rights?

Was a little hesitant leaving my brand new Kindergartner here to be transported to and from school , we started off with 2 days a week then he would ask me if he can go everyday! I inquired about a full time spot and with no hesitation they said absolutely. Great communication , great interaction.

Parents, it's ESSENTIAL to review this before enrolling your child. Initially thrilled for her new journey, my 3.5-year-old daughter's experience soured. Despite early happiness, she hesitated during drop-offs. She disclosed a troubling incident of physical contact with a classmate, escalating with a teacher's intervention. Further revelations included staff pushing and causing injury. Stay vigilant, inquire about your child's experiences, and trust their words. Factor this in before deciding. Not even one star is deserved; if possible, I would have rated it zero.

Fantastic staff and programs! Our child has taken huge strides since being enrolled in 2022. His teachers are attentive, caring and have tailored their approach to his needs. Leadership is communicative and has continued to improve the facilities.Highly recommended!

Dear Cadence AcademyI am writing this review to share my disappointing experience with your daycare services. I had initially enrolled my child at Cadence Academy and paid a fee to hold their spot. Unfortunately, my experience has not been as positive as I had hoped. My primary concern revolves around the issue of scheduling. During the enrollment process, I specifically requested a 7 am time slot for my child, and on their web site. Tt states they open at 6am. The day of dropping my son off, the daycare informed me that they are unable to accommodate this request.Furthermore, I find it particularly disheartening that despite the challenges with scheduling, the daycare has retained the fee I paid to secure my child's spot. I believe that when a service provider cannot fulfill the agreed-upon terms, a fair and ethical practice would be to refund the customer, especially when the issue is beyond the customer's control.I have attempted to address this matter with the staff at Cadence Academy, but unfortunately, my concerns have not been adequately addressed, and I am left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied after 4 time talking with the director of the Academy about this matter.I hope that by sharing my experience, other parents will be informed about the challenges they may face when dealing with Cadence Academy. I believe transparency is crucial when it comes to childcare services, and I hope that my feedback will contribute to improvements in your services with this company.Sincerely, Lydia Ruzzo

The day of Pre-k orientarion my daughter was sitting in the auditorium making silly faces at the teachers, instead of telling her to quiet down, Ms Alley and Ms Kendra made silly faces back. And I said to myself "Oh man I hope those are her teachers." When they called her name to be in their classroom I felt a sense of happiness knowing they were going to be taking care of my baby girl for the next year. And they have not disappointed. They have both greeted us with big smiles every single morning, showed compassion and understanding, and invested their time and energy to ensuring the safety and well-being of every student in the classroom. My daughter has enjoyed every moment of being in their class and made memories she will never forget, most importantly I have never had to question whether or not we made the right choice picking this school. As my daughter graduates this year and moves on, we are cherishing the last few days with Ms Alley and Ms Kendra because we will miss them dearly. I have them to thank for my daughter thriving and growing so much this year.

how much this school has changed is really sad to me. my son started preschool here in august of 2021 and it was incredible. director liz and teachers miss meghan, mr paris and miss jess were all amazing. their schedule within the classroom was amazing and they always were right on time with things. my son came home thrilled each day. he had ms michelle, who was amazing, his second year of preschool and while director liz was on maternity leave, we found out she wouldnât be returning. following this and seeing previously the MAJOR changes that occurred since she left, 5 preschool teachers resigned within a month. there was never anyone at the front desk to see who was coming into the school. the new teachers who i had never met didnât confirm who i was while i was picking up my child. (he was washing his hands in the hallway while being watched by a teacher i had never seen, she said bye and we left without her asking who i was). they were never on schedule and always had lunch at different times. the discipline was non-existent and was very visible that the 5 year old children ran the classroom. everyday at pick up i would ask how my son did and the response was never âgoodâ. it was always âwe had to talk to all of them today. they were all having âa dayââ as if they were all misbehaving. never having a positive response is disheartening for a 5 year old who had never had an issue before. they wouldnât partake in kindergarten club often because they said they couldnât get them all to listen or focus, which is very strange to me for them to have no control over the classroom. my son was constantly picked on by one child and when he would go to his teacher for help, he would get in trouble too. my son started dreading going to school and begging not to go because he felt like his teachers didnât care about him. heâs very good with advocating for himself respectfully and was told by a classmate that he couldnât play with her because he had brown skin and she didnât. he should only play with kids who also had his skin color. this was obviously something that was not his classmates fault because sheâs 5, but when i spoke with ms vivian about it she didnât seem very concerned with addressing it with the class. i asked my son if she ever mentioned loving and playing with friends of all skin colors, and he was very upset and said that she never said anything to him. all in all, the safety of this school has diminished. the professionalism is nonexistent. their curriculum is incredible and my son had learned SO much, but he didnât feel cared for. he didnât feel loved or respected or like his feelings mattered and thatâs a crucial point in a 5 year olds development. this school isnât what it used to be 2 years ago when my son had first started, so much so that i pulled him out a month early before graduation. without good leadership leads to a poor staff. poor attitudes with poor drive. itâs very sad.

I visited a few preschools in the area and I knew this was the right choice as soon as I walked in. Wonderful educators, and great communication as well.

My daughter started attending Cadence in October of 2022 and weâve had nothing but great experiences. The staff are absolutely amazing and have become a second family to us. My daughter is very well cared for by EVERY teacher at this center. All of the teachers at Cadence are caring, respectful, kind and above all they make sure each child is safe and cared for every day. I could not have asked for a better place to bring my daughter to continue growing and learning. I am nothing but thankful for all of the staff at Cadence who do nothing but try their best every single day helping mold young minds and help these children grow. I highly recommend this program to any parent(s) who want their child to get the best care and education in a loving, safe and caring environment!!

I never utilized day care or baby sitters of any kind so this transition wasnât easy. However, from the very first day of PRE-K I felt welcomed and comfortable. Each and every staff member I have come in contact was very nice and made the transition that much easier. I definitely have to give a huge thank you to Miss Aly and Miss Carolyn who truly are superheroes. I have seen my daughter grow and learn so many new things. I appreciate their dedication and how well they communicate things to me and most of all their patience. I canât not thank the staff enough for the amazing work they do on a day to day basis. Now fingers crossed my son gets in next because going any where else is just not an option. Thank you again.
