Very clean. Great shops. I just wish the signage was better. I wound up on the wrong side of where I was going and had to walk all the way around the building. (I have mobility issues and a cane, so knowing the right way would have avoided unnecessary pain.)

It is always a joy searching within staircases and when traveling from the upper level in chapel view you can descend to the lower level like say if you want to get to Panera from The mattress place you can you know get to that staircase going around the railing and then you walk through a parking lot and you know on the side of a bank bank of Rhode Island to bring Newport I don't have that information on hand right now but when you get to Panera they have a nice entryway with double doors that are not locked until closing time and once again knows you can just give your order right to the person running the register and you can have a good meal.

Overpriced. Had to order an extra side dish of mashed potatoes to go with my steak. They only offered French fries with the steak ( which was tasty though). I was charged $8.00 for a side of mashed potatoes! Really? Also no veggie to go with the steak. Hmmmmm won't be going there again.

It's a little hard to navigate, but there are a lot of different shops there. But everything is on levels, because the shopping plaza was built on a hill.
