It's the worst bank I've ever been to. ever been to. I've been here three times. Each time, there's always some reason that makes it impossible for me to get things done. Or it's said that when I called the next day, I didn't see their calls. I don't even want to give them a star. It's really too bad

Worse customer service I’ve ever received I went with my fiancé to open up a savings account and they said that I couldn’t do it because it was almost 12 and they only had one person working mine you there were 2 other people just chitchatting doing nothing but whatever I took my business account to TD

I recently moved my assets to Chase and am SO happy I did. The staff here are knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. And the branch is beautiful! It’s a sunny, open, and clean. I highly recommend. Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about with the 100’s. They were able to cash my check and give me 100’s.
