Went in to resolve a banking issue. Representative Elizabeth greeted me and took the time to help me open a new account. Her customer service is great and despite the amount of time it took, she got it done. I recommend having her with your banking needs!

Michael carrasco Said that he was the manager after I had an issue with him, refusing to look into our business account or discuss options for extending our business relationship with this bank. Do yourself a favor look at a different bank branch to handle business transactions.

Went to open a savings account as I walked in the customer service was horrible no smile what so ever I got looked up and down then cashier ask me in a rude way if I had 2 forms of ID I said yes then she took me into her office as my husband & I hand her our social & license she kept looking at them, then looks at us and ask us are you guys us citizens I told her I handed you my social & license why are you asking us that question because no other banks have ever ask us that question she said it’s a policy I said can you show me because I haven’t seen you open your computer & I told her to give me my credentials that I will take my business elsewhere & I ask for her manager which she ran to & spoke in his ear he also wasn’t any help I felt horrible & discriminated against I will talk to someone in district about this situation.

This bank is the worse bank in the world I accidentally deposited my business account check in the wrong account and they acted like I committed a crime i asked that they cancel the transaction and throw out the check or give it back to me so i could have the customer write another check and nothing they kept it and cashed it the money was taken from my customer account and never returned they closed my account and stole my money this bank cannot be trusted in my eyes they are crooks robbing people and getting away with it.
