I met with Vaughn Allen Jr., at his branch at Park Ave in Cranston to open an account. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant to work with! He opened my account while simultaneously helping me set up my OLB banking profile! I will highly recommend my friends and family!

I recently received a notification that I needed to stop in and get a new atm card as mine was going to get turned off. I never received the one sent out. I was told a code would be sent to my phone and then I would have to tell the teller. They weren’t able to send the code even though they had my correct number. I was told there was nothing they could do for me and sent me away. I went to garden city citizens and they couldn’t have been any nicer. I was in and out with a new card. Very strange. Won’t be going there anymore.

I had one problem and walked out with 50 more problems after visiting this branch the manager ( Anibal Bourdierd Jr. ) gave me a janky card my issue has yet to be resolved I was hung up on the phone multiple times the Manager Anibal yelling in my face & making threats to me has me completely shocked at how unprofessional they are being with their customers at this location for mistakes THEY are making on their end , they are exhibiting poor performance & creating more problems for their customers very poor treatment I will be closing my account & making sure I spread the word! Let all my family & friends know NOT to bank with citizens if this is how they respond to complaints they need to be investigated they are not representing Citizens bank well at all him as a manager should be able to de-escalate complaints not escalate them! I felt attacked today by this man I know I’m not the first or last! I was not able to catch a photo of him(he’s bald & short) but I did capture a picture of his colleague who hung up on me today multiple times along with him & I found his picture online just to bring awareness watch out for these people..

every time i come here, i get nothing but the best service from betsy & ashley. no matter how long the line is, or how early in the morning it may be, they are always there to patiently help me with whatever i need, with a smile on their faces. i do believe going to the bank is a task considered tedious and undesirable by most, but i genuinely look forward to every time i come into citizens because of these two employees. it is so unbelievably rare to see people so kind, considerate and patient in any workplace; betsy and ashley go above and beyond to make every customer's experience perfect. they deserve as much appreciation and praise as they could possibly get. i hope they both get promotions soon & you continue to hire people just like them in their place.

So I was sitting in the parking lot at the citizens on Park Ave at about 8 in the morning some guy saying he's the bank manager his name was able don't know if that's his real name. Tells me to leave the parking lot and I was telling him that I'm a citizens Bank member. And he told me to get the heck out of there to screw he's very belligerent I would not go to the Citizens Bank he harassed me and my friend.

Absolutely rediculous!!! 2 tellers a line of 15 people and 4 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Step your game up citizens.

needs better customer service like i tried calling about a declined card and they turned me away to a customer service number that was completely useless instead of telling me that i could’ve gone in person to the branch to change my card

Opened a new account and was suspended and had my account closed within a week. Called several times and went in branch and no one knew how to help fix my account. Truly terrible service all around. Worst bank I have been with. 0/10

I Went to this branch to deposit a check and after standing in line for quite a while, I get in front of a teller who refused to deposit my paycheck into my account. She was very rude and demanded that I Use the ATM to deposit my check instead of just doing her job and serving a customer. I do not recommend this branch at all. In fact after this experience I'm considering finding a new bank.

What were they thinking when they remodeled this branch!! Only 2 teller stations!!?? It was better before! Now you will wait in line a long time. Go to any other branch!! Horrible set up.
