One of the persons at the store was very disrespectful. First of all she needs to be told how to mind her own business when someone is not talking to her. I was there with my daughter this morning, trying to cash a check that I was having problems cashing in my mobile account I do not go to these places to be standing there for hours for the same reason because people do not care about customer service, which is what I stated she overheard me saying that in automatically Started Going at it with me and got upset because I spoke up for myself by telling her I wasn’t talking to her. I was talking to my daughter and I told her to mind her business. Seems like she didn’t like that and also is telling me that she’s not there to help people out cause she’s not a bank teller. Why are they hiring people like this

Got to be the worst bank ever . Never open on time , only ever has 1 person at a time . A run to the bank should not take over 35 minutes every single time . The branch manager never helps out when there is a line full of people . This place sucks .

Don't leave the bank without see that all the money that you took out of your account is in your hands.
Waste 5 minutes counting your money. One of the guy there put all my money in the envelope and gave me my envelope, I talked to the guy that i gonna count my money in the envelope an he said is OK, and when I started to count he gave me 80 dollars saying also this is yours. Please don't leave without counting your money

How is that possible ?????, I asked for a copy of my bank statement , they told me only 2 are free and they charge me 6 dollar for each month and is only 2 pages in my statement, How much cost the paper for the bank?????..

A weird lady here told me I could call for my account number and she lied I called and they didn’t give it to me. All I needed to do was to deposit some money I have been banking here for over 20 years time to go somewhere else, and they could go somewhere else also...

Tellers and bank officials at this branch are very professional. Service has been really good and personalized every time I've been there. When I've had a question or situation to resolve, they've helped me. Regarding waiting time, it's a really busy branch. You can plan on going when it's less crowded. But in my experience so far, service has been top notch! Thanks!

This place is worst citizens bank ever , Sunday shift 2pm April 30th , I been there the girl she didn't say how can I help you or welcomed me , she waved to me to go the counter, and i was the one who told her "how you doing " without looking at me she barely said "good " !! Then she refused to give me any large bells , (all other citizens bank are not happy to give any large bells also )??? She want to give me twenties!! What $1400 twenties?? Why didn't I go to ATM instead ??? why you guys don't want to give any large bells ????????? It's time to switch this Bad ,old fashion , bank after 2 years with them I just want to say all there employees they are not professionals , by the way the guy was with her working when she asked him he didn't look at me also and answer in Spanish something , the practice like they are giving me free money !!!!!!

I've only used the ATM machine and every time I use it, it's never broken or out of order. That's in my book.

This is by far the worst Citizens!!!!! Every time that I go in...morning, noon, night...I have never seen more than 1 teller actually working. But 5 people are working?? No wonder the line is practically out the door. I live 5 minutes from this branch and would rather drive 15minutes because even factoring in TRAVEL TIME it's faster to go to the other one. I also find them to be quite rude. What makes it worse? The grocery store it's located in is also a dud.
