I had a great experience here thanks to April and Sean. I was ready to close my account after a horrible experience with the customer service call center yesterday & they had straightened things out for me when I didn’t even go in regarding that issue! I WAS a customer for 20 yrs. I sold property an wanted to open a savings. I was not given truthful information on which account to have (to qualify for free checking an such). I opened it. I used my account for 2 mths after which time I receive a letter telling me my acount is being closed I am no longer a customer I had 3 days to get my money before it froze. I was NOT told you are only allowed to do 6 transactions per month and are not allowed to take out above a certain amount Im not taking out 10k or even 5k. I had told them when I opened it I WOULD BE taking out certain amounts as I was having renovations done. Then was told I was being reported and investigated as suspicious activity. It was quite obvious I wasnt LAUNDERING my own money. When I spoke to multiple tellers none gave me the same answer as to why an they had no idea. It wasnt until I researched to find out about the 6 withdrawals limit. No wonder our grandparents didnt trust banks. Be careful an do your research an trust NO ONE when it comes to your hard earned money.Yet im still getting letters offering me to get loans from them.

Had a terrible experience with trying to get a certified check on Friday. The banker I dealt with (Sarah?) was incredibly rude. She was too busy being rude that she screwed up the spelling on a highly important check that can’t be used and will end up costing me tons of money in late fees until I get a new one. Went back 5 minutes later after having it issued to get a new one and the doors were locked. If she had taken a minute to not be so rude, I wouldn’t of had an issue. Honestly I rather stick nails in my eyes then deal with her again.

This bank use to be amazing to deal with when Randy and Victor were the managers. Unfortunately it has gone down hill quickly with the manager Kerry. They really need to either get new management or just close this branch! So disappointing because the girls at this location were always wonderful to deal with. Will not be banking at this location ever again!

I have never had a bad experience until now. One of the employees was very rude to me as I was waiting patiently gathering what I needed to put into my account and was rudely told that this was the express lane and that it was already open. I apologized for being unaware of that fact. Her reply was to walk off like I was inconveniencing her. There was one other car behind me who was also patiently waiting. I have more important things in life to worry about than when the "express lane" opens. If you don't want to be bothered with the public and find it necessary to be rude then maybe you should find another job.
