Busy place, but very short wait time. Only one problem. After the bank closes, the front door DOES NOT lock, thereby posing a serious security problem. If they fix that, then it would be a GREAT bank!

I needed to open an account today. I walked in and was warmly greeted, and taken care of, so professionally, by Anna. She had full knowledge of the banking steps, and explained everything fully to me. When we were done, she gave me a full demonstration how to use my card and walked me out. VERY NICE LADY!

Customer service is nice. But I'm not banking with Citizens bank again. They screwed me over. I would never open another account. They close my account by sending me a letter and deactivating my debit. Send me a check for the remaining money in my account.

I had no issues going there and making a deposit. Didn't have my debit but used my credit card and everything was sorted. The attendants were a little new but nothing affected my visit.

Lock my debit card now I can't use it to go grocery shopping or to buy anything after 40 years, I don't need the hassle be switching bank soon

I went to this Citizen's Bank branch @ 1850 Plainfield Pike Cranston,RI on Fri.Oct.2nd 2020 @ 3:41PM to cash a check addressed to my deceased grandmother's estate which I am Executor of.I waited in a booth for 15 mins. waiting for a Bank Representative and when one finally acknowledged me I showed her the Executor's deed showing my grandmother's name transferring her estate to me as well as her death certificate and and her taxpayer ID number along with the check and when she seen the deed she asked me "If I made it" even though it had the seal of the "City Of Providence" on it as well as officially printed language. She then said "I needed to provide more evidence"! At which point I told her that I was going to close my account in which she replied "Go ahead that's our policy"! I will ask for an account closure form next week and do business with a more people friendly bank!

Only issues I've ever had were occasional 15 minute waits for a line of 3 people, and their ATM runs out of money about once a month.

Worst customer service experience, the branch manager Mirella was totally unprofessional and hard to reach. After calling and being told to "call back in like 10 mins" a few times I finally got a hold of the manager. Mirella gave me about 30 seconds because she was with another customer and was leaving for the day right after. I was told she would "try and call me back" before hanging up the phone. I will be switching banks soon.

Worst customer service ever experienced. Only perk is convenient location. No one answers phones or call back due to lazy incompetent employment. Should be ashamed of themselves.
