I go to this Cumberland Farms several times daily. The staff is extra nice and courteous. Willing to help and keep things clean. Ezekiel went out of his way to help me out with what I needed while he was cleaning the coffee station. I'll be back tomorrow or maybe later.

I went in there this morning for coffee, and their coffee station is absolutely disgusting!!! I have pictures and videos. I'm going to place a call to the department of health as well as corporate. Someone can get pretty sick. If the coffee station looks like that I wonder what the food cooking station looks like. Who ever is managing that store should be fired right!!

I don't know where to start. This is the worst run CF i have ever been in. The soda fountain has been broken for months and months and months. The place is filty. No napkins , very little snacks on the shelves. The counters are always dirty. Your new manager, i believe her name is Jen, has made no difference at all. Employees are a revolving door. No one smiles. I see 1 worker doing her job. She ordered the CF cinnemon Crumb cake i like. I see her get the temp of the hot dogs and making sure there is pizza. I asked her for her name . It's Joana. She has been there a long time. I have a very important question for you....why is she NOT the manager????? You promote from within!!!!!! I'm in this store almost every day and I'd like to walk in and see a nicely run store. I'll be checking for progress. Thank you for your time.

Gift cards are virtually impossible to balances on ...multiple phone numbers either aren't valid or won't find your card. You can get balances in store on the receipt unless you're getting gas...then no balance for you.

This used to be the BEST Cumberland farms thanks to ANGIE. I have been coming here for 5 years and all the old workers are so rude and dont want to work except for this hispanic girl that has been there for a while and Angie. Angie does a very very good job but I had recently heard that she will be leaving this place since they dont want to give her a raise EVEN THOUGH she is the only one that smiles and helps people around. Literally all the customers that come here greet Angie and Angie is literally the one who motivates people into wanting to come back. Angie is the only one who is willing to help us with anything that we need when we go. If she leaves my husband and I wont be coming back . CUMBIES YOU BETTER GIVE HER A RAISE OR YOU WILL LOSE ALOT OF CUSTOMERS AND CONTINUE TO GET BAD REVIEWS ??

Came in two days in a row and four coffee urns empty..The place is an awful mess and the cashiers that are supposed to help don't, they sit there and play on their phones, make and eat their own personal food..You go to ask for a new batch because the machines are empty, they instantly start rolling their eyes and sucking their teeth..I've never had a good batch of coffee that tasted fresh here, they don't clean out the filters in the machines so the coffee never tastes right..Just an honest review..

I went to cash out a lottery ticket and Mike " The Smart Mouth Attitude " gave me a very bad attitude making a remark saying to his female heavy built co - worker saying to her " Hey apparently someone stole the Ticket checking machine cause this guy is bothering me ". Mike has such rude comments and a bad attitude. As a cashier your job is to serve customers . This man needs to get fired for his bad attitude, bad mouthing customers and rude gestures. Mike if you don't want to do your job that has to deal with customer then quit and go back sitting on your momma's couch. Corporate will be contacted about this employee.

I come here before work every morning and grab a coffee I would love to grab a hot SANDWICH and go but they keep it empty with a sign ask for food and we will prepare it for you and I don’t have time for them to prepare it they should have food already up there!!!!!!!! Like every single other cumbies!!!!! Workers sit around talking about smoking weed it’s crazy

Usually I love this place besides how packed it is (employees can't help that). However today I'm trying to ask and explain thoroughly "can I still use my smart pay if I pay in cash". They said yes. Then she rings me up and I go to hand her the cash, and she's like what's this for? ?? ? GIRL. It's for what I just asked you! People just don't listen. Now I gotta go deposit this money in my bank cuz she literally did not listen. Friday at 1:20. AND I DIDN'T EVEN GET MY DISCOUNT

Was charged and over drawn from my account . Idk bt I think an employee scammed me after I used my card at the gas pump. Had to put a fraud claim in. Very serious thing 100 dollars
