I thought the Associate, Violetta, was perfect to me and my experience was perfect. She was kind, considerate, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. In a word, she was perfect! I will return to CVS because of the way Violetta treated me.

I know that this sure has many awful reviews. However I for one have nothing bad to say about it. I drove up into the drive through after hours on Christmas eve, although I didn't know that it was the case. I then purchased a covid test and unfortunately tested positive. Ty to this site for helping me to keep my family safe.

Horrible customer service. Had a coupon that was 'rejected' (had no exclusions listed on coupon), manager came up with 3 different reasons why it wouldn't work, then took the coupon, crumbled it up and threw it away. I've never dealt with such appalling customer service at any CVS such as this. Disgusting.

Fairly well sectioned cvs, making it easy to shop and find your area of interest. It's worth a look at the discount section, too. I scored a nice pair of gel sole flip flops for the wife at %75 off. Pretty sure she'll be stoked. And it even rang up at the discounted price with no hassle.

clerks at front store are very nice - at pharmacy, they act too aloof to assist me and there is no one available on floor - the worst: this store does NOT answer the phone - you have to leave a voice msg - HORRIBLE! finally, I tried to sched. a vaccine at this store (their website says they give vaccines) but the store was not available to schedule at - and of course I could not call them!

Cashier was very rude, I purchased an item, never left the store and realized it was wrong item. I turned around with the item and receipt and she would not let me return in. It was crazy I felt like I was in the matrix. She was intentionally being snappy and rude

First thing first the front store is a 4 star but cant give it a 4 star review because the pharmacy is just so bad. they are allways closed and the manager I believe her name is Amanda she is very rude and seems to not care about the customer and only about the time she has left to her shift ends. I can't see how CVS can let this keep going on I'm going to have to bring my prescription to a different pharmacy.

By far the most aggravating CVS to deal with for prescriptions. This one never has anything in stock and if you ever have an issue they are always understaffed and take lunch everyday at the same time. I don't like leaving bad reviews but every single medication I have had has been out of stock one time or the other. Oftentimes they won't even fill it when it comes in stock and I have to call. One time I didn't have my migraine shot for weeks. Last week I picked up a prescription there for which they only had half. No one told me they just gave me my prescription and charged me. When I called to ask when I can pick up the rest the lady told me the day I can pick it up and sounded super annoyed. Why did they give me half the medication not tell me and then act surprised that I want to pick it up and not let me pick it up for weeks going to another pharmacy. Already started transferring my prescriptions

Incredibly bad service at the pharmacy. I've given them numerous chances, but at this point, I've lost count of the number of times I've got to pick up a prescription for myself or for my daughter, and they've had me wait for over an hour only to then inform me that they do not have the supplies to fulfill the prescription. Just one example of what to expect in service. While general poor customer service and rude behavior is to be expected and is never enjoyable, I don't recommend due to their lack of supplies and egregiously long wait times, very rarely have I been actually able to pick up a prescription on the day it was prescribed, or, without at least two visits.

Went without a needed med for 24hrs after my doctor called in the prescription.Was on hold with pharmacy for 25 minutes twice today with now answer.I drove down to CVS and there was no one in line at the pharmacy. Phone was ringing and staff were chatting and not answering the phone calls.While they were filling my prescription I asked what happened with the delay. The pharmacist said “I don’t know I’m still working but on meds from 2pm”. Keep in mind this medication was called in the day prior. Also overheard how they were skipping cycle counts tonight which is also concerning.Beware when selecting your pharmacy.

I ordered my refill for my pain medication. According to your system the prescription would be ready by 2pm today. I came at 4:45pm and my prescription was still not ready. I'm not sure what the problem is with this pharmacy but I'm going to change locations.
