By far the most aggravating CVS to deal with for prescriptions. This one never has anything in stock and if you ever have an issue they are always understaffed and take lunch everyday at the same time. I don't like leaving bad reviews but every single medication I have had has been out of stock one time or the other. Oftentimes they won't even fill it when it comes in stock and I have to call. One time I didn't have my migraine shot for weeks. Last week I picked up a prescription there for which they only had half. No one told me they just gave me my prescription and charged me. When I called to ask when I can pick up the rest the lady told me the day I can pick it up and sounded super annoyed. Why did they give me half the medication not tell me and then act surprised that I want to pick it up and not let me pick it up for weeks going to another pharmacy. Incredibly bad service at the pharmacy. I've given them numerous chances, but at this point, I've lost count of the number of times I've got to pick up a prescription for myself or for my daughter, and they've had me wait for over an hour only to then inform me that they do not have the supplies to fulfill the prescription. Just one example of what to expect in service. While general poor customer service and rude behavior is to be expected and is never enjoyable, I don't recommend due to their lack of supplies and egregiously long wait times, very rarely have I been actually able to pick up a prescription on the day it was prescribed, or, without at least two visits.

Went without a needed med for 24hrs after my doctor called in the prescription.Was on hold with pharmacy for 25 minutes twice today with now answer.I drove down to CVS and there was no one in line at the pharmacy. Phone was ringing and staff were chatting and not answering the phone calls.While they were filling my prescription I asked what happened with the delay. The pharmacist said “I don’t know I’m still working but on meds from 2pm”. Keep in mind this medication was called in the day prior. Also overheard how they were skipping cycle counts tonight which is also concerning.Beware when selecting your pharmacy.

I ordered my refill for my pain medication. According to your system the prescription would be ready by 2pm today. I came at 4:45pm and my prescription was still not ready. I'm not sure what the problem is with this pharmacy but I'm going to change locations.

Pharmacy workers here go above and beyond, and are also very personable. Due to an error of my own I had run out of one of my daily medications. I realized this at 7:50pm, ten minutes before the pharmacy closed. I took a ride up to CVS and even though the pharmacy was just about closed, they were still able to help me and get me a couple days supply of my maintenance medication. Thanks again to the pharmacy team here. You guys are top notch!

The store is fine but the pharmacy the workers are rude. Idk if it's just me but when I call to ask questions they're mean and quick to rush you off the phone sure there a pharmacy but they do customer service you gotta be nice to customers especially when there being nice to you. They give attitudes constantly at this location. Again the store is fine you'll find what you need but the pharmacy the workers are mean sometimes

I’ve never had to chase after my prescription medication for almost a week straight as I have been with this pharmacy, I’d give it less ⭐️ If I could. The employees in this pharmacy want a paycheck but they don’t want to work for it and they don’t do their job.

Do not use this pharmacy. They filled the wrong prescription size they filled it in the wrong form I’ve had to follow up five times over three weeks for some medications

Had an appointment for a Covid test at 930 am, showed up to the window at 9:17. (normal for an appt at 930) was told I needed to wait 15 mins and come back to the window at 930 as the only person on for Covid testing does not arrive until 930. I was told I could not hold up the pharmacy line, which I would understand if their was a line. I arrive back at 930 and the same person who has been at the window that told me I needed to return in 15 mins hands me the testing kit. So did the pharmacist lie? Very unprofessional. Very inconsiderate.

I thought we were all set to pick up a script that had been called in 40 min earlier. We arrived before closing in the drive through- again thought we were all good. She starts the process and leaves for a bit as our script was called in already (still before closing). Then returns before the pharmacy is closed and tells us to go to another CVS as she pulls the shade down (still not 8pm). Frustrated customer on 11/29/22. Very poor customer service!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went there to ask about a moneygram that I was the recipient of, and the manager told me to quote on quote: « don’t come here for MoneyGram, we don’t carry cash like that, you can just go somewhere else » not only was what she said rude but her tone was the most belittling and condescending of all. I will never return there again, as a manager she should excel in customer service, not talk to people like they’re d**** especially when your location actually offers MoneyGram as a service! Despicable…
