Pharmacist Gina Comparone was rude and dismissive. Without her knowing, one of her techs whispered to me that she’s had problems with other customers. No wonder this store has so many negative reviews! I’d tell management but I’m sure nothing would happen. I switched all my prescriptions over to Walgreen.

I was buying a taco holder, very impulsive purchase and the register crashed because of the coupons and probably me going back-and-forth to see which one to use for the extra bucks since it’s now able to be edited and Nick helped me out and was very patient and even was nice about when I decided I was making a very impulsive purchase and needed to stop myself and decided I would rather use my percentage coupon for hearing aids. Nick S the manager, one above and beyond if he is not a manager, he should be very professional.

Employee Nick was very helpful with photo kiosk...very professional..but had a very humorous personality that made me smile...Great store if you go look for Nick ..he will help you for what you are looking for and leave you with a smile!?

Totally rude. No respect for my time. Can't get a prescription order correct. The app said it was the last day for me to pick up my prescription and I go there and some juvenile tells me it's not ready to come back once the second time, I've been back in the same day, and I asked them the first time to fill it. They think it's funny playing with peoples time and having people run all around back-and-forth when my time is very valuable. Complete morons

The pharmacy absolutely sucks. They tell you a time and I come way past that time and it’s not ready. They have zero compassion for their customers time and think we can just drive around all day. Maybe they can waste their time but I can’t.

This place should be shut down and the pharmacist needs to lose their license. A family member of mine was prescribed Opioids after a surgery and instructed to receive Naloxone from the pharmacy to prevent accidental overdose. The pharmacist refused to give it despite the doctors instructions and RHODE ISLAND STATE LAW requiring it. I called the police department and they said they have no idea why they wouldn’t give it to me and told me to go to the CVS on Reservoir Avenue where they give it to anybody for free upon request. The arrogant pharmacist here who has NO REGARD FOR PATIENTS’ WELLBEING will be having a chat with the law shortly.

Gabe, you are awesome. What a crazy day for you. Right after holiday, all these orders, looks like you were a little short staffed. But you keep a great attitude and did the best you could under stressful conditions. I appreciate all of your help and how you kept your cool. From the outside, this looks like a nice big CVS, but on the inside I found it a bit on the smaller side. Regardless, the nice cashier was very friendly and very professional. I went to get some gift cards and it's wonderful that you can get almost any type of gift cards here...from VISA and AMEX to restaurant and home goods stores...to Amazon...most "credit card" gift cards like VISA and AMEX have a "convenience fee" attached to them so check carefully.
