A cashier went above and beyond to notice an item I was purchasing (with another cashier) was a BOGO…and went to get another for me. It was sharp of her to notice, and to run and get me the item. My cashier didn’t know that the item was a BOGO. Saved me over $5.

friendly, happy & courteous staff. very clean & organized. I love the bright attractive lights, they bring your attention to products. its easy to find what you're looking for. detailed signs help customers find items. Easy walk through aisles, they're not congested. I immediately loved the way this store was setup as soon as I walked in. The store is neat, organized, very clean,
bright, happy atmosphere! I would definitely visit here again!

Went to the drive through for a prescription and had an issue going through insurance, was told that the pharmacist could check but “there’s cars behind you” as if I was an issue. Not that big of a deal, I went inside. My debit cards weren’t working due to the fact that I had to pay a large amount of money and it could’ve been fraud. No problem, I’ll use a credit card. The woman helping me was very kind and she needs approval from a manager, okay. They proceeded to charge my credit card for $550 dollars, and then said they couldn’t give me my medication. They took it back off of the counter after I already paid $550. I didn’t get an apology as the manager was too busy yelling at the poor girl who was just trying to help me get my necessary medication. I will never fill another prescription here due to the handling of this issue by management. BAD pharmacy service.

Typically never have a problem here but did deal with one staff member in the pharmacy drive thru who appeared frustrated that I came to check on my prescription. She informed me that I should get notifications when my script is ready. When I kindly told her that for some reason my alerts do not work, she then stated that I should call “rather than come here again”. I didn’t realize it was such an inconvenience for her. Other than that, the pharmacists here are great and have been super helpful.

Absolute terrible pharmacy department.. tells you it will be ready in the morning, drive all the way there with an empty store no line, for them to say they are too busy to fill it right now and need a few hours lol, after telling me it would be ready. Absolutely inconsiderate and unprofessional

Most bizarre experience today with a male cashier who, when I asked why my coupons were not applied, he told me that I have to wait for him to ask me. So I waited. We had a staring contest, I then asked him to ask me. He finally did. BIZARRE! I then requested my receipt be emailed and for the very first time in many years, I did not get an emailed receipt. I called for a manager, but there was no manager. ODD!

Hours are incorrect on yelp. The store closes at 10:00 pm - it says open until midnight. I went to the store as they were closing and was met by a rude employee closing up. She was condescending and bothered. Sadly not surprising that even your local pharmacy could care less about a sick customer.

The overall management of the CVS store and its employees are GREAT. However, the pharmacy department is the absolute worst on so many different levels. Need examples? Start with looking at the Pharmacy Hours. Notice anything strange?I don’t want to get into the Pharmacy Manager, Angela, and the plethora of issues and excuses with regards to filling prescriptions. From time limits, out-of-stock, “mistakes/lost prescriptions”, etc., this store goes beyond doing “due diligence” and borders on subjective, case-by-case basis, depending on the person that processes your prescription and their particular mood at that moment.
