    Great customer service!! Every worker is very polite, the teas are full of flavor, and the variety of flavors is amazing!! Only complaint is the terrible bendy straws. Sometimes there’s a little powder that settles to the bottom and I would like to use my straw to mix it around and I can’t with the floppy jalopy... read full comment
