Clean facility! Nice decor. Lots of hairdressers there. Plenty of parking in their lot. Susan was a kind and easy going soul. She cut my hair exactly the way I asked. 10/10

Susan was nice it’s just that I specifically requested for my foils to be weaved, they were not, and the front foils especially look awful. There’s demarcation lines of where the bleach lifted and it’s very patchy, also it seems none of the foils were weaved for a full foil, I have chunky highlights with harsh lines where they begin, and an entire blank spot on the right side where highlight foils were not placed… Maybe she doesn’t know how to do the weaving? In any event, it was an inexpensive mistake,I assumed she would want to fix it asap so I did call Susan to see if she could fix it for me, but she said she was too busy I feel like if I messed up someone’s hair I wouldn’t be too busy to fix it. Next time I’ll just save up the 400$ I usually spend at those high end salons where at least I know it will be done right. Whenever I try to save a buck it always ends up costing me more to fix anyways. Groupon got me good! So sad, I had grown it out for a year it was supposed to come out beautiful. What a shame

Susan Ferri is a friendly, attentive, and experienced hairstylist who made me feel valued as a client. She listened to what I was looking for, offered honest and transparent responses, and took the time to process my hair without rushing. I also like that she is not sloppy--I left without much stain on my face from the hair color. My highlights turned out really well--they blended into my natural hair color and did not stand out. She also offered a tip on maintaining the result in-between processes. I am planning to return and see where this new relationship leads.

Susan hands down has given me the best color, overcoming other salons mistakes. I wish I would have found her years ago
The atmosphere is comfortable, free and plenty of laughter. I can't recommend any other place. Gray,salt & pepper red, brown and highlights hoping to cover the gray. Huge task. Wow wow wow. My 4th visit and untimely as work has permitted. I walk out a new woman with a friggen coverage,highlight, no brass, yellow. SHE IS A GENIOUS

The people here are nice yes but I came in for just a trim I've been growing my hair over 2 years just about and its been the longest it's been since 2016 and I expressed this to them. I only wanted an inch taken off. More then 2 inches was definitely taken off. It's not a bad cut it's really not but it's the fact that I was nervous already before coming and I only wanted just an inch taken off and way more was cut off. I don't think this was right in any way especially when the women even showed me how much she would take off and it was just about an inch she showed me and she started in the back and just started to cut away.
