visited this location today at night a little before closing and a cashier named LIDiANA was so rude and disrespectful. She scanned my items and didn’t put them in a bag or offer a bag she just scanned my items and put them near the pin pad, I had to ask for a bag!!!! While I was getting cash out of my purse to pay her she was leaning on the counter and on her phone so I’m just standing there with money in my hand waiting for her to get off her phone but she ignored me and was on her phone leaning o. The counter while I waited for her to look up and get off her phone. What an atrocious employee and she seemed very comfortable doing it! I’m glad to see this dollar tree pays employees to be on their phones and ignore customers in their face and just be on their phone!!!! She needs to be spoken to and corrected because the next time I go there I’m going to record and if she does it again I’m going to post it on social media for everyone to see what kind of employees are hired here and show the world what dollar tree tolerates from employees. No respect!!!!

My son lost his helium ballon “ flew away from his hand “ and he was so upset and he was crying a lot. I fount one of the employees run away towards us with the same exact ballon , and was so nice with my kid, and helped to calm him down without paying any extra money , i really appreciate it and made all of us happy, thanks a lot

This is the most filthy chain store I have ever seen. So much trash on the floor and disheveled shelves. It's clear that the floor hasn't been properly swept in a *long* time.

0 stars. It looks DISGUSTING. It looks like a child had a temper tantrum and ran around the ENTIRE store, throwing things everywhere. There's merchandise all over the floor, thrown on and hanging off of the shelves, misplaced in random aisles. It's never fully stocked, not even close to being halfway stocked. You can rarely find what you're looking for because it's either not there or misplaced in a random aisle that has nothing to do with that specific item. It almost looks as if they're closing down the store and trying sell the remaining merchandise before the closing date. When I've gone (all hours of the day) it's never really busy. A few people and at least 3 employees. I've never had to wait in line. And this is on a weekly basis. Busier locations with nonstop lines and 2 registers open have a way cleaner store and theirs are always stocked (probably why they are busier). There's no excuse for a store to look like that. On a positive note the stores location is very convenient. Unfortunately, there's barely anything in it!

Went today and couldnt believe how the manager with his red hair was talking to the girl who looked 9 month pregnant treat your workers better. I had to say something because it is not ok nobody was around that stand up for her

On Sunday 7/31/22 I went to the store to buy the newspaper, I asked the cashier if I could have another newspaper and she said yes! there was another woman of color in the back who wasn't even serving me and she yelled “you can't take another one the limit is two per customer” with that rude and pushy voice which I said ok no problem. but on Sunday 8/7/22 I came back again and the same colored woman was holding the door and she was very nice saying hello to everyone but when she saw me she let go of the door and she looked at me very badly i didn't say anything I went in I bought my newspaper and as she had said two I took the last two and paid them but she again I don't know if she is the manager of this store but if I mean that she is a colored woman it is because I don't know her name and again she yelled at me with that arrogant attitude and she said the next time you can only take one ok, this time I couldn't keep quiet to which I replied what is your problem with me, last week you had told me that I could take two, now only one, and the way she saw me when i entered I think it's personal or because I'm Hispanic she treats me differently. I left but I came back again because I wanted to see her name to report her unfortunately I don't know her name. she told me to go away and not to come back! Of course I do not think or wish to return. but people like her is pushy and I think she's racist she shouldn't serve people! I had one of the worst experiences of my life.I think there is a better way to say No, not with that bad attitude to customers.
