I never write one star reviews. However, it’s almost like they are trying to intentionally have the worst customer service on the planet. It’s an absolute nightmare to even go there, I would rather go to the Rhode Island DMV. Most recently, I ordered a sweatshirt, after waiting for a month for it to come in I received an email saying it was in and I had two weeks to pick it up or my order would be canceled. I made a special trip, an hour round trip… Door is locked and they are closed, counting inventory for a week. It would have been nice if the email said that they were going to be closed or if they put on Google that they were closed. Google says they’re open. They are not. So that was a waste of my afternoon now I’m going to have to go back next week. I’m so sick of this place and there’s absolutely nothing I can do because the school requires it.

This place is a disaster in attention. The person in front is a racist person by making a face when a certain person does not speak English. He serves you with the bad attitude. They do not give you detailed information from the
Principle, if there were more places to buy uniforms this would be the last place to buy

Two hour round-trip with a sick 1 year old, needed replacement clothes that got ruined for my 5 year old. Knew exactly what I needed and sizing, website said appointments serviced before walk-ins and nothing about not accepting walk-in orders. I walked in since I just needed two items. Was rudely turned away and told to place an order online or call in yet there were three people seated waiting to be helped. GARBAGE of a company. Found the same items I needed online for almost 1/2 price. Do your research on the clothing, ignore the school's recommended retailers for certain things, and you'll find many alternatives within uniform policy (I found Shaheens.com). My business won't be missed by Donnelly's since they're involved with so many schools, but now I know to shop elsewhere going forward. Thank you Donnelly's for the savings!

Worse place. Waiting is too long. Quality of clothes are even worse. They should hire more staff and provide good quality clothes… not streets clothes.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Unorganized. You have to make an appointment to pick up an order. I don’t understand how this place is still in business. The employees are rude. Ordered uniforms well over a month ago, paid for my order, and STILL was given a raffle ticket and told I didn’t take priority because I don’t have an appointment. Absolute trash.

I was told 2-3 weeks for my daughters shirts which gave me just enough time before school starts. When I called 2 weeks later to check the status, I was told that it is actually 2-4 weeks and that 3 of the 4 shirts I ordered are not available.
Why was I lied to about the time frame and why didn’t someone bother to tell me that the shirts I paid for aren’t even available? This is very upsetting

Best part of having a senior is never having to come back here. Horrible customer service, horrible website, terrible system for pickup.

This place has gone so down hill. They wouldn't let me do a layaway a day after it ended and now my daughters uniforms have been on back order for 4 weeks.. I tried to pick up the 2 shirts that they said came in and was told the 30 people sitting have appointments and they will be served from fittings before I can just pick up my clothes. The service is absolutely horrible..

A nightmare of a company!!!! If you order online don't expect orders ro come in immediately. It takes 2 to 4 weeks if items are in stock, but can take months if the item is not in stock. There is no information when you order it to tell you whether it is or not. Then when you call customer service they state ordering times are clearly stated on their website. I just did a test to try to order some items again and it is NOT clearly stated. Shame on a company willing to take hundreds of dollars and another 15 dollars for shipping and then waiting weeks if not months for items. Do yourself a favor and advocate your school to choose a different company.

We have three options. I would pay double before using this place. Staff unhelpful. Wanted to try on a pair of pants. Wait was up to an hour. Not worth time. Other two uniform options much easier to access and deal with.

RUDE employees RUDE Ordered a month ago had shipped to store to pick up and because last time I ordered to ship to home it cost $15 for a $200+ order and came 2 months after school started. That was BEFORE covid Now you need an appointment to pick up a package or wait…clearly no one running this place what a joke and sad that this is the only option. Do better people

I have an appointment. Pick up only. No try on, and already paid. There is 1 person I have seen working here. She has not addressed anyone waiting in line. Everyone I have spoken to, also has an appointment and has had no contact with any workers. The is the WORST place for customer service. I wish our schools would allow us to have uniform choices so I don’t feel like I’m in a Hostage situation EVERY SINGLE time I come! Year, after year, after year.

Andrea is incredible! I needed uniforms last minute and Andrea made sure I got them within two days of making my order! She called me before shipping out the order to see if I wanted to pick it up and even waited for me when I was 20 minutes late. She’s the best! Thank you Andrea!
