8 weeks ago I ordered 2 WFF T-shirts. On the WFF website it states approx 4 weeks for most orders. On the 6th week of not receiving order confirmation I called. I was told it’ll be another week. They needed one more week d/t uniform requests. On the 7th week I called back on a Monday and was told that they were “looking” for them and would contact me soon. 36 hours passed w no response. When I called Elmwood I was told they will reorder them that Wednesday and that my 2 T-shirts will be ready to pick up that Friday morning. When I arrived early Friday afternoon 1 shirt was completed and the other was being processed. Elmwood asked me to return later but we settled on a free delivery. It has now been another week w no T-shirt. Elmwood…your website states we treat our customers like family. 8 weeks for 1 of 2 shirts. Shameful.

I placed an order through a link my town recreation sent before the softball season started, so I assumed that because my town rec sends it, it’s legit. I opted for the pickup option to save $15 shipping fee, it's local so I figured why not. It’s been over 5 weeks, the softball season is almost over and I still do not have the things I order or a refund, which I asked for a week ago. I LOVE supporting local businesses and I understand that things take time but this is unacceptable. I gave 2 stars only because when I first placed the order the owner was very responsive when I asked about pickup. I guess I should’ve read the reviews about this place before ordering, lesson learned.

Just recently, I provided a blank nfl jersey as well as letters, numbers, and a nameplate to get a custom jersey made. The person who embroidered it went too low with the last name, sewed the last name directly into the nameplate and into the jersey itself (vs into the name plate only), and placed the tv numbers too far back on the shoulders. Unfortunately google wasn’t used for comps. (As I suggested to the store employee I spoke with) instead it was “the embroiderer’s vision”. When I expressed to the store representative my concerns, instead of offering a credit or simply taking ownership, I was questioned about not buying one from the official team proshop (this players jersey isn’t mass produced and customized ones cost a premium from the team store). Suggestions like this tell me I shouldn’t trust and support a small local business to get it right, even when they have all the tools to do so. I don’t feel that it’s unwearable and the turnaround was good, but why couldn’t online resources be used to find examples of how it’s supposed to look? I expressed that I wanted it to be done to spec and it wasn’t.

Very disappointed with the quality of their work. Seems like they can never get an order write. The name, number, size, even logo, SOMETHING always gets messed up.

Bad service the worst place to order uniforms I have been waiting a month and no response ?unfortunately it is the only place for the moment where the uniforms are made. I hope that in the future there will be another place to order them to be responsible.
