I loved doing business with Enterprise on Atwood Ave in Cranston. Zack and David were so helpful with the whole process and any questions I had. And the cars are very nice and they present them very clean too. Highly recommend using Enterprise if in need of a rental car!

Enterprise in Cranston RI on Atwood Ave. has one of the best crew's working for this company, they go out of their way to help in away they can , very polite & work well under pressure. The new manager is the absolute rudest person we have ever dealt with. Corporate should fire Tom right away he's that bad. Never again. The staff even talks about him behind his back.

Do your self a favor and DON'T GET A RENTAL with Enterprise at all. They will put extra charges without notifying you and you will be trapped into paying it cause they have your credit card infomation. I asked for a protection plan for 1 week but they decided to charge me for 3 weeks Thanks to an employee name Denny or Danny now I'm stuck with the bill.

Service was pleasant and not pushy. Voski, the service representative that helped me, made sure to note and photograph the damage that was on my car.But in terms of my rental... Well, I mentioned the damage. According to the paperwork, my rental was in an accident previously. Not exactly assuring. The car was also scuffed up on the sides, and smelled of lingering cigarette smoke on the inside. They didn't even do a good job cleaning the interior; it's like they used a wet rag to clean everything. It also had 50,000 miles on it, which is kind of high for a rental.

Car I got was not bad but they do not clean their cars at because they gave me a car that smells like weed and it was so must dust I told him really I took pictures before hand because I'm not getting played because they don't their job

not worthy of the one star... maybe a -2 would be more accurate... customer service?what's that? Manager was beyond rude, and pretty incompetent... couldn't figure out how to email, how to figure out the billing or how to be the slightest bit helpful or professional... hell, the couldn't even find the key in the Dropbox and had to call me!... will NEVER use this location or Enterprise again

I'm having a hard time my car got vandalized, so I activated my insurance (NATIONALWIDE), they gave me a reservation number and that I would have to go to ENTERPRISE and pick up the car, and they sent me to enterprise in 255 atwood ave canstron, ri 02909-4047, and when I got there, they already showed me a GMC truck and a DODGE, THESE WERE THE ONLY OPTIONS THAT GAVE ME, because my car is a HONDA CRV, and I chose the GMC which is a car compatible to mine, and the manager delivered the car to me, did not give me any explanation that the car would exceed the amount that my insurance would pay, and I had already rented other cars and they always gave me the car exactly at the insurance price. they don’t gave me explanations about values and that the car exceeded this value, the value my insurance gave would be $900 for 30 days maximum that would be $30 per day, and the car they gave me without my consent would be worth $45.25, on difficulty I'm going through, I would never have rented a car that exceeded my insurance amount, I don't have any money, so I’ve been using my credit card, so when I went to deliver the car THEY TOLD ME that I would have to pay $100.62 in taxes and nothing else, the next day when I look at my account the amount was $668.73, so I called for ENTERPISE and they said sorry it was a system error, but in 3 to 5 days the refund will be on your card, I waited 5 days and they didn't refund the amount charged, so I called them again and they told me we already sent the refund check with your bank what's going on, so I called chase to check what happened and was told there was no refund from enterprise , so I opened this dispute and I called my insurance company and adjuster, they called the enterprise and they are now saying that I upgraded the car, they changed their opinion several times and THIS IS A LIE, what made me sad the most was the lie, I always paid my bills, and I'm just disputing this amount because I consider this injustice and a lie, the manager of this enterprise didn't ask me anything, and didn't even give me explanations about the amounts I would have to pay extra, I would not be here fighting for something if I don't consider it unfair.

no damage on our rental and they still kept our deposit for insurance we didn't even want past our initial contract. stay far away from these clows and liars.
