Came here at 10:05 and the door weren’t opened. Waited 5 more minute with 2 other groups of people that were waiting. We all left after it did not open in time. Huge inconvenience as I was counting on the store to be open for an event I had to be at this morning. I was expecting to be in and out.

I wish there was an option to not give any stars! I arrived today to return a pair of shoes that I purchased. I lost my receipt and was not aware of the return policy so I asked about the process and a very rude hispanic manager with short curly hair told me that I was wasting his time. He clearly has no home training or customer service skills. He also didn't look trustworthy so I'd keep my eye on him !
But seriously-Is this what your company represents? It's sad and so is he! I will never come to this place again. I hope this manager seeks help because he needs it.

Extremely courteous helpful in every way did not stop helping until I got what I was looking for. As well as Cashing Out cashier was great very polite very knowledgeable so was the person that took care of me very knowledgeable of what I wanted so a great experience overall

A bunch a lazy hood people. You have to chase someone to get assistance while tons of them stand still at the door like useless statues! Will buy online a more customer friendly business! Waste of business!

Hello good evening. The employees of this store have a problem and that is that they don't like being sipped to call them. I went a few days ago to buy some tennis shoes and I shh shh to a girl in whistle mode and she got angry and told me that she was not an animal, don't call her that. So I apologized, because I understand that everyone has their customs and culture in a very different way. The fact is that today I went again to exchange the tennis shoes I had bought and a couple who was shopping did the same thing to another girl who was there, and she also got angry. The couple apologized to the girl, but it was of no use and they did not attend to him and told him to leave the store, which was a lack of respect. Because I understand that calling a person that way is not a bad habit, much less done with the intention of offending anyone. If they are working there, they should be aware that many people in this country use whistling as a way to call another person, not with the intention of offending them. I will no longer return to that store, much less to another expression store or whatever they call the store now.
Finally, I listened when the man told the girl; 'but if I don't know his name what I'm going to call him!

A young man named Ryan helped me today we was very welcoming and polite everytime i come to this store he always greets me with a smile and he always goes out his way to meet my needs i always appreciate young hard working men like him he was very genuine
