My friend and I had an appointment, they took us in right away. However, was disappointed that the woman who did my pedi was on the phone the whole time. She never massaged my legs, she barely touched me. When I asked her if she was asking me something she said she was on her phone in her ear. Wow. When she finished, I had to ask her if she wanted me to pay her? I left the standard 20% (feeling generous, it was my birthday) but will absolutely, go to the salon down the street from them next time.

I've been getting my nails done with Victoria for approximately 8 years, after trying many salons for many years where no one did what I wanted. Mine has always been French nails or just whites but they didn't do them well. All I can tell you is that I wouldn't change her because she has always been kind and professional, just like Celine. They are wonderful. My daughter also do her nails here, she always do her design with Celine and she is amazing.

couldn’t even get in today. wasn’t busy when i got there at 4:30pm. i asked for a removal and a new full set as im going on vacation i wanted new nails. first she said i don’t need new nails and she could fix them, i said no i would like new ones could u remove them. then she said she could fix the shape still trying to convince to not remove them. i said my real nail is growing underneath only a few and its gross can i have a new set. she then said she doesn’t have time. so do you not have time or do you not want to do it? i simply told her i’ll go to another nail salon and i did. bad service for your customers. another nail salon got my service. and fairy nails will never.

I’ve been going here for several months now and I love it! I always see Thida and my nails have never looked better. Everyone there is friendly, professional, and incredibly skilled. The salon is always clean, and they make sure you leave happy with stunning nails. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality nail care!

I recently found this place, and I love it so much. I have been here for a pedicure and a full set of acrylics and the full set was $45 which was very affordable. I love it here and will be back!

I’ve been a regular at Fairy Nails for some time now, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with exceptional customer service. The staff is friendly, professional, and always attentive to your needs. They always make me feel good whenever I visit and we can even joke around with each other. I’ve never had trouble scheduling an appointment, as their availability is quite flexible and accommodating.
The nail technicians here are incredibly talented. They not only deliver stunning results but also offer great suggestions for styles and colors. With the widest variety of colors and products available, you’re guaranteed to find exactly what you’re looking for. I absolutely love Salin. Whenever she does my nails I know I’m in the best hands. Every visit leaves me thrilled with the end results, and my nails always look perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get their nails done!

Victoria (salon owner) has been my nail tech for many years now. Long before she owned her current salon. She’s one of the hardest working women I know. She keeps my nurse hands looking clean and professional. I maintain short rounded nails due to my job and she never makes me feel less because I don’t have the long pointed acrylic nails. I can show her a picture of a nail color from Pinterest and she can replicate it exactly for me. She does an amazing thin French manicure for me. She’s almost always on time , because things happen sometimes and she doesn’t let anyone leave if they aren’t completely satisfied. But that truly is a rare case. Her prices are the most reasonable compared to salons my coworkers go took

I have never experienced service this poor anywhere. This is my first ever Google review, which goes to show just how bad my experience was. I came in for a gel toe polish change, which I was overall pretty satisfied with. I asked at the end, however, if they’d have time to take me for a gel polish change on my hands as well. They said that they did and pointed me in the direction of another manicurist. From the moment I sat down with her, she was so incredibly rude. She buzzed off my existing polish so quickly and aggressively that it hurt, and she started filing away at my nails without asking if I wanted that or what shape I wanted, etc. She kept reiterating that she was in a rush and didn’t have time to waste with me. She started painting my nails sloppily, and when I would point out issues with the job she would roll her eyes and say “you need to hurry I have another appointment.” When I calmly replied that I wouldn’t have gone to her if I knew she was that in a rush, she just rolled her eyes. When the job was done, I saw bubbles on one nail and pointed it out to her. She “fixed” it hastily and then stood up and went to her next appointment without a word. When I complained to who I presume was the owner, she just said “your nails look fine, that’s your opinion. We’ll take it off for you.” So I was left with bare nails which were so lopsided from her horrible filing, and was offered not so much as an apology. Wasted so much of my day here. Will never be back.

The girls are nice and some do an okay job but the owner is a NASTY WENCH who speaks badly to her customers, as well as about them, while you sit there in the chair! She makes you feel soooo uncomfortable that it is just not worth going here! There are plenty of really good Nail Salons! One should NOT have to put up with such RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL behavior from an OWNER of a Business who should know better!!!

I have been going to Victoria for 10+ years! Her work and professionalism is outstanding. She always makes you feel welcome and manages a beautiful salon. Very large assortment of colors and artistic designs. I am constantly getting compliments on my nails and I would definitely recommend FAIRY NAILS! I would never go anywhere else, best salon in RI!
