Upon entering the store we were greeted by All Five employees and then every time we turn the corner, an employee would be following us around like we were trying to steal. Super unorganized. They don’t have bags here so that you can leave the store without having to juggle 50 million things

It was MESSY, i did not expect it to be that messy i never really come to this one. Workers are slacking, carts are filled to the brim nothing is stocked. The “associate” checkout isn’t even a ASSOCIATE check out this guy is sitting there on his phone with a cart of shirts and a pile of shirts next to him even behind him is messy. 1/5 DONT recommend!

Didn’t like how employee's are up in your face scanning your items for you and standing there while u pay with a debit card. It’s weirdly overwhelming. And wouldn’t like to shop in that environment again!

This 5 below is the most unorganized. You can tell lots of theft occurs here from the empty boxes left on floor and shelves.. product is very unorganized, floors littered with product on the floor.. and no bags upon check out.. the owner/manager of this place needs to hire security and staff that will actually clean and restock shelves.

I called 3x in a row and no answer. The automated ends up hanging up on you. So annoying!!!! On line it says they have the item I'm looking for, so i wanted to make sure......but!!! I like 5 below and go there whenever in an area with one.
