I wish I could do 0 stars..Horrible customer service never coming here again. I came in looking for some advice on my recent accident and how I should go about it they treated me like I was someone not worth there time I don’t recommend this shop at all please if you value customer service don’t bring your car here RUN DONT WALK

Paint got on my car leaving white spots on a black BMW. I got in contact with Joe at Fletcher Auto body and had a seamless experience getting this issue resolved. He provided me with a rental and when I picked my car up, it looked the best it had in years. All the paint was gone and the exterior was glowing. He even detailed the entire inside of it. I highly recommend going to Joe for any issues !

Sal fletcher auto body exceeds expectations, I wish I could give more than 5 stars, that is how amazing they are. Not only did they fix the car but they also took care of all insurance needs, provided me with a rental, and when my car was returned to me it was detailed inside and out like it was fresh out of a dealership. This was my first time ever needing my car repaired so I was very nervous finding a shop but am more than glad I was referred to this shop. They are super easy to get in touch with and answered all of my questions. They also told me to go back in about a month or two to get another coat of wax and they would redetail everything as well. I would recommend this shop to anyone as they go above and beyond! Thank you so much Joe and Val for taking excellent care of my car and making her look brand new again!

Would highly recommend Fletcher Auto Body!! My car was sent over from an accident & was returned looking brand new inside & out. Their team provided me with a rental vehicle & took care of all insurance needs for me. They were very communicative in the process. Thank you Joe & Val!!

My oh my did these guys make my car look better then it did when i bought it i couldn’t believe my eyes their work and customer service is amazing! i couldn’t recommend them enough i’ll say it one i’ll say it 2x “FLETCHER AUTO BODY”

I came here after i had an accident, not only was the service outstanding but they gave me a nice rental car till mine was done being fixed nice rentals all new and updated bigg screens navigation carplay back up cams and sensors etc etc, upon pick up of my car i was greeted nicely showed my car asked if there was anything i didn’t like and i couldn’t be more happy my car came back outstanding right off the lot like factory take the wrapper off new lol i’ll always come here great service great work great team GOOOOOO FLETCHERR!!

I wish I could give Fletcher Auto Body more than a five-star rating! I was beyond satisfied with the customer service and incredible attention to detail that Fletcher Auto Body demonstrated throughout the process of repairing my vehicle. When I received my vehicle back from Fletcher Auto Body, it looked even better than the day I first bought it! I cannot recommend them enough!
