I love the clothes here. There was a great sale going on yesterday (8/13/23) where everything was 50% off which was amazing because the clothes are so good and with that good of a discount I could not help myself. The staff were great at this location too!

Valerie, who I believe was the store manager, was incredible! She gave me and everyone else in the store a 10/10 shopping experience. I will only be visiting this Francesca’s location from now on!

Lady didn't wanna do her job and order a single dress and had an issue with my fiance pointing out they buy defective clothes at reduced cost and try to sell them for a profit thanks you have assured we will not be coming back .... the other woman behind the counter that actually helped us had to tell the girl that the dress did have an issue and she was still not convinced ...overall don't go to this place unless you wanna buy overpriced clothes and get disrespect while doing it....wish I could give -10 stars....

The brunette and bleach blonde older ladies that worked there on Saturday night were not helpful or polite. I was not greeted nor asked if I needed any help. I was in the store for 20-30 minutes. I noticed this trend when any older lady came in. They only greeted the younger teens. They had personal conversations about the Hunger Games and Harry Potter while I was the only one in the store. On the other hand, the woman named Diamond was very nice and respectful. She noticed that I was not being helped and was not judgmental at all. I was put off by the other 2 ladies and felt that they were very unprofessional. Thank you to Diamond who swooped in at the end to help !

I saw multiple people walk behind the register to get to the other side of the store and the woman working only had a problem when me, a black woman tried walking behind it as well. Will not be coming here again
