Love this laundromat, staff always friendly and helpful. One thing they need to work on is the card reader on the washer and dryers don't always work. Takes like 6-8 times to get card to work on machines which is a lil frustrating, so that would be my only complaint.

I went to the facility in Cranston for the first time today, I have to share how great my experience was thanks to the wonderful girl Silvia who works at the laundry. She was friendly, efficient and genuinely cares about her work making the whole process so easy. Thanks Silvia you’re the best!!

Used to be great now all the workers are rude. Never any functioning machines and the ones that are open smell nasty. If it wasn't for location I'd be going else where

Beware if considering Drop off service. Our Laundry was dropped off but all WAS NOT RETURNED!! Their attitude isn’t good either!!

A bunch of the machines are always out of order. The staff is super rude and act like you’re inconveniencing them if you ask for assistance. The cards are a pain to get to work and when I asked for help the attendant spoke to me like I was a moron.

Worst customer service ever, the lady attending at front was really rude when I approached her to ask her a question. My first time at this laundry and honestly the worst.

Always have a machine available, always clean. Staff is friendly. Do my laundry there every 2 weeks. I live about 20 miles away now. Still happy with the service there.

Clean large fair prices free dry.. ps just to set record straight it's free dryer you use your card to verify and prove you washed there come on people common sense,or else people wash at home come dry for free...

So many of my clothes have been ruined numerous times and I finally figured out that it's their washing machines not being cleaned..I constantly get grease like stains all over and it's from previous fabric softeners etc I spend too much money for my clothes to just be damaged

It is what you would expect from a laundromat. I am a one time user due to broken machine at home. It would probably be better when you go regularly and are used to it. You have to buy a laundry card and the machine takes cash only. There is no ATM, so you have to go somewhere if you don’t have any cash. No refunds, so have a lot of ones and fives if not a repeat customer. The machines seem to have trouble reading the cards unless you swipe it just right. The wash cycle is completed quickly which is nice. Dryer is apparently free but also says $.33. My balance did not go down when drying but my “bonus points” did. I wonder if those are used for dry and then charged after they are used up??♀️ other issue is I could not get WiFi to connect.
