Had a great experience here today. The store manager was extremely helpful and a wealth of information. And while I could not strike a deal on my trade, had an overall great interaction. Will be back again.

How wild is J O’hern’s review?! Bro’s N95 is depriving his brain of oxygen. He be OFF his rocker. Just visited this Game Stop for the first time and it’s well stocked and organized. The staff working today is personable and friendly. In a world where most stores lack interactive customer service, it was nice to nerd out with people who had common interests.
5 stars to the gruf insecure manager (who really doesn't exist) just Jared out there being a legend on the Magic circuit, Leah the hilarious Yugioh collector who understands the struggle to buy singles to complete a set and Molly who inspired me to write a review, buy a fake plant, and hopefully takes my recommendation to not eat at Chelos.
Swing by this shop - its definitely not a coal mine, you wont get 3% back on your medications, or have prophecies fulfilled, BUT you can pick up Zelda, Breath of Wild and enjoy a quality conversation in the process.

The staff is super helpful and nice, i can happily say i have never had a bad experience there. Even if they don't have the exact item im looking for the worker's are always able to find something close to it.

6/4/24 My elderly mother and special needs brother shop here often and, today, purchased a new PS5 console. I went to set it up for my brother and, after opening, realized it was an "online only" model. My mother told me there was only one girl there who didn't seem to know much and obviously sold them the incorrect model with a disc game. When they returned to exchange, they were told it couldn't be returned because it was opened. Sorry, gamestop, for them not being pro gamers. Luckily, I guess, they encountered another customer who told them about an external drive they could purchase for an additional $89 and were forced to do that. How about training your employees to not be morons and give people a break? They suck.

Just got a series s bundle from here and the two gentlemen inside were extremely helpful with trading in my old gen and making sure I got setup properly to game later in the day. One of the cleanest GameStop's I've been in in years.Keep up the great work guys

been coming here since i was a teenager but last night i was having a bad day & stopped here on a whim. both employees were super nice/ informative with game recommendations. ended up with resident evil 4 & i love it so far!!

Worse GameStop I've ever been to I will not walk into any GameStop because of my last interaction with the manager of the store I believe his name was Kyle. I went to exchange a warrantied controller and 2 head sets. I was told they had the controller there but he never looked for it and was told 1 headset was refurbished at their fall river location so he said I can get the controller and headset there. When I asked for a bag for the one headset they had he laughed at me and said we don't give bags then changed his story saying they didn't have any bags. I made a complaint with the customer service number and was told that someone would be reaching out to me and that never happened either.

Did not know their promotions on systems when I went in to secret shop and did not seem like they wanted to help with anything else either.
