I love JJill! They have clothes to fit all sizes, I usually by on line, but I like coming to the store for a look see and sales!

I would like to express gratitude to the exuberant greeting and exceptional service I received at the JJill Store in Garden City, Cranston, RI today. Christina the manager has created a most welcoming environment in which to shop. Her genuine care and kindness contributes to amazing energy in the store. Ruth, a sales associate is also a very welcome addition to this store. These two people made my experience very special. I left the store with the biggest smile on my face. One never knows what a small act of kindness can do to make someone's day. I hope this message gets to them, as well as whoever is a higher level in the organization. These women truly are distinguished in their commitment to spreading kindness and joy along with high quality retail experience.

Absolutely love this store. I've been shopping here for decades and almost every time find something! Garden City is a great shopping area, but sometimes the JJill vibe is not great in this particular store. It seems to have gotten better and its still my go to for many occasions!

I shop J Jill regularly. New to the area, I happened to shop this location, regretfully twice, before discovering another JJill not too far away. What a huge difference! In the Massachusetts store I felt like I was back in J Jill with great customer service.I shop J Jill, basically wherever I find one, and have done so for 30 plus years. Shopping in Cranston was my first unpleasant experience with this company. I left both times with the distinct impression “they work here but they do not like their customers.” With the exception of ONE pleasant sales staff, the others were rude, condescending and unhelpful. If this Cranston store was my only option I would have to find another clothing store. Thankfully it is not.
