This was our first visit to Jackson Hewitt on Resevoir Avenue in Cranston RI. Awilda was awesome. She’s was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely return in the future and recommend her as well as Jackson Hewitt in general… Great Job!!!!!

Been doing my taxes with JH for a few years now and they are the best. They make the process of filing your taxes so easy and stress free. I did my taxes with Keicia on Reservoir Ave and she was so helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. She reached out to me to make sure I had an appointment and time that fit into my schedule before hand, advised me on everything I needed to bring the day off. She got me into the office and with her extensive years of knowledge she’s was able complete filling my taxes the same day. Awilda is her coworker she offered me coffee and was very welcoming. They make a dynamic duo this team. I put my trust in JH hands with my taxes and you can too

Keicia and Awilda were excellent Tax Preparers and were very warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and were truly invested in my success with understanding my taxes this year. They went above and beyond with providing me services that I would love for everyone to get to experience. They have helped me know why I owed taxes, how to pay them, and even went ahead and printed out W4s for me to help me understand my withholdings and why I had to pay. These ladies were so helpful and wonderful to talk to, listen to and get educated from. Once again they were truly amazing please come by Jackson Hewitt on Reservoir, they will do you right!

Booked an appointment for 10AM but the location is closed and no one is here. I confirmed and the door says open Sundays at 10AM. This is the second time this location has been closed at the time of my confirmed appointment.
