I am really displeased at the experience I just had here I usually come here often when I need medical supplies that my insurance doesn’t cover unfortunately I am not made of money so I had to find what is cheapest for me I asked the associate if they had a boot if they can give me the pricing because it was too expensive through my doctor the boot was too pricey for me it was $65 dollars I had mentioned I seen one on Amazon for $25 that was more in my budget the associate got super upset and said why would I throw that into his face and made some rude remarks also stating that I was rude and should buy it in store I’m sorry that I am not able to afford a $65 boot when Amazon has it for $25 you want me to pay a $40 dollar difference because your feelings are hurt that I don’t purchase in store I shop here often and buy when I can but I will no longer support this business after this extremely rude experience I had if you want to stay in business maybe you should learn some customer service skills and realize that just because I didn’t buy today I may have purchased stuff on other occasions to support buying in store but I will no longer be shopping here I guess Amazon will get all of my business now

Couldn’t have had a more negative experience than I did walking in as a customer. I chose this location as the first referral on my list from my Vascular doctor- guy running the show ranted about how doctors are useless and my prescription from PrimaCare Vascular wasn’t valid, rather than giving me any semblance of useful advice or reason to ever procure the correct documentation and return to this location. Thanks for nothing!

My experience @ jayco medical supplies is wonderful. A business who care about the medical comfort of peoples needs. The business is there for people to stock up in case of emergencies. I was sold a rollator and when I got it home it was too heavy for me to handle. Jayco would not let me get a lighter weight one. I am afraid to purchase anything more from Jayco.
