Teachers Beware! The current presidential bulletin board package does not contain Trump 47.
When the associate was asked if after 6 months of President Trump if an updated version will become available, she merely shrugged her shoulders.
I understand Progressives are still in denial, but HE IS the 47th president of the United States and history's fluidity should be reflected in how we educate children.

Long story. Purchase Christmas present for my great nephew online with debit card(money removed from my account before I signed off). Jan 2 returned gift. I was told 24-48 hours tops. Didn’t happen called store manager gave me 800 number. 800 number said no manager at store 1st contact. Called back Monday Dan very helpful said it’s actually 3-5 days. Nope no refund. I again called 800 number at 10am received call 6 pm last night. I was promised financial team put back on card if not yesterday today. Guess what not today either. Very disappointed it is 40 dollars for the love of GOD.

I went there tonight to get a few gifts from their catalog. The lady that helped me was extremely helpful and nice. She helped me find all my items. And if it wasn't in stock she ordered it for me and it will be shipped directly to my house. It was really nice to go Christmas shopping in a regular store with 3 employees that were so pleasant. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service! The friendliness, knowledge and promptness of the staff is exceptional and the reason I am writing this review after visiting today around 10AM. I’ve been to this location multiple times and it’s always a positive experience.. The store is clean, organized and with a wide selection. I am not in the education field but always find multiple wonderful items in the store for children.

I just left this store after coming inside for the first time with my toddler. I was recommended to come here by a friend. The store is amazing as the products are wonderful. What I am sad about is the customer service part. It’s very sad to walk into a store and not once be acknowledged. I walked around the entire store because I was excited to see what they had and so was my daughter. After not being greeted or even asked if I needed any help I just wanted to leave. There were two employees working. A man and a woman at the register. My daughter and I were the only ones in the store. It made my friend experience here terrible. I’m not sure if it was because I looked different to them but it was clear I was in the store. I would not recommend coming here unless you know what you want and you are just going in and out. I’m literally disappointed that this is still happening today. What’s more upsetting is that I would have liked to have purchased something but decided not to. It is very wrong to ignore someone who walks into a store especially if it’s their first time there.

I can always rely on lakeshore for all of my teaching needs! Laminating, bulletin boards, planners, learning toys and games and much much more!!!! On this last trip that I went to I bought a sensitive plant- I've been looking for one in plant stores all over Rhode Island. I found one that I have to plant and grow from seed and bought it immidiately!
