I’m sorry but usually if I have a bad experience I just don’t go back and don’t bother with a review but when you say something so off course to me I won’t stay quiet. Tonight at 9pm I went into Laundromax to pick up my laundry I wait about 15 minutes at the counter I don’t see a ringer or anything I say “hello? Anyone there?” After getting no response I walk around the Laundromat and see a gentleman cleaning a machine, I said excuse me (very kind about it too) I was just looking to pick up my clothing and he says “can’t you see I’m doing something here”?! I said I was waiting like 15 minutes got my clothes they are clean but after a long day to come and experience that treatment is unacceptable. I will have to consider other laundromats going forward. As someone who also works with the public you should consider a retraining or perhaps some cuts.

It was very clean and the people that work there are very helpful keep all the washers clean and dryers clean will definitely go back to this location on park Ave Cranston

I want to shout out the ladies who are working today. Both Malaysia and the manager are so kind, helpful and patient. I’m not use to coming to laundry 🧺 mats, they immediately could see I needed some assistance. They both came to my rescue. lol! The laundry 🧺 mat was very clean and organized. Thank you ladies for making it easier for me.

First time using a laundromat in ages, and I was impressed! The attendant was helpful, kind, and clearly hardworking. The facility was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. Honestly, this might have been the little break in my day I didn’t know I needed! lol
I’d definitely recommend Laundromax.

Very chill and relaxed atmosphere. Been coming here for about 4 months and it’s been great! Plenty of seating for reading while you wait.
I do wish the dryers would dry better though. I have to use them three times on high just to dry a regular load of clothes (nothing heavy). Other than that, great place to go.
