I just had the best experience at the Loft in Garden City. I needed several dresses for an occasion and other pieces for work. I had called ahead because I wanted to make sure they had my sizes. Lori F. answered the phone and was so helpful. We discussed the items I was interested in and put several outfits aside for me. When I arrived, Lori assisted me with all the outfits and other pieces she thought would flatter me. She was my personal shopper and she has great taste! When her shift ended, she put me in the hands of Grace, who was very helpful too. I highly recommend both of these fashionistas!

I came here yesterday. I was looking for some refreshers for spring. Amanda and Zaryiah helped me. I love the choices that were made. The best part was everything full price was 50 percent off. Thank you ladies it was a pleasure. Kudos you did a wonderful job

Clothing is kind of bagging and not fitting and the associates are pushy as used car salesmen. Bleh.

To make a very long story short, I called Loft to vent about an issue I was having with AT Inc. customer service. I was very frustrated and was getting nowhere. Tara, AT Loft in Garden City responded with such genuine kindness and such rare customer care. Most unexpected is that she completely rectified the situation. By far, the very best customer care that I have received. Thank you Tara ?

This loft is the worst loft I've ever been to. I have a charge with them every time I go in here They never honor any coupons or discounts. Every other loft in the state honors everything accept for this store in garden city.
