They treat you like you’re doing them a favor by coming here to spend hundreds of dollars, didn’t even bother to ask my daughter’s name during an hour long visit. When asked simple questions about specific kinds of dresses you will be answered to like you are an idiot. No kind of customer service whatsoever. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. A nice selection ruined by the attitude of the employee.

Lori was absolutely amazing and so helpful! I came here to get my daughter’s christening dress and absolutely love the one I chose. I even bought an outfit for my daughter to wear after along with shoes to go with her dress and Lori even made my daughter a headband with a clip to go with her dress since she is too little for just the clip. There were so many options and styles and the prices are so reasonable! I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a christening or first communion dress, they even have suits for the boys too.

I’d rate them a zero if I could.Terrible service. Voiced my concerns when my daughter was trying on a first communion dress that it might be too big (she had to try it on with her clothing underneath since fitting rooms are STILL closed due to COVID. (???) I was told she could not try it without a shirt…but I figured when we got home we could just try it on there to see how it fit. Not once were we informed of their no-return policy. (The owner told me it was clearly on their receipt…which is obviously isn’t helpful since that is AFTER it is purchased.) We bought the dress because my daughter loved it…and what 7 year old actually cares how it fits when you’re wearing a princess gown…and now we have a dress where my daughter’s undergarments are clearly visible and alterations will be needed…despite having already spent a lot of money on the dress. I called to ask about their return policy and was told the dress couldn’t be returned because it’s white and how could they know what it had been through since it left the store. Ummm…it sat in its dress bag until we tried it on again today. The owner, Lori then said she could suggest a seamstress but I told her I didn’t want to have to pay even more on top of the cost of a dress I clearly had told them I thought might be too large! She then said I should bring my daughter back in so they could see if they had a smaller size (clearly the dress can be EXCHANGED???) but I informed her that I didn’t want another dress after she had hung up on my when I became frustrated with her lack of even wanting to hear my annoyance since for “3 years they’d been using this policy and never had a complaint”…. I wouldn’t recommend anyone shopping here. Very rude and inconsiderate of a family’s big purchase on an important day for their child. A dress of that cost should easily be returnable upon inspection and in exact condition as when purchased. Shame on the owner.

After a previous experience, I went back in today with my daughter and niece for a second try. As the other commenter have said, you yourself are not allowed to handle the dresses. The woman was nice but clear that it's their policy that they help dress the little kids bc if a zipper breaks or snags, it's on them, not on you. While shopping for a party dress for my niece, the woman also pointed out a clearance rack where we found another dress we liked. The woman said it was $5. We tried on both dresses and the $5 dress fit OK, a little snug, but as the woman said "it's just a toss-away dress". She walked us up to the register she told the cashier that the dress was $5. When the woman walked away the cashier said the dress was $20. She then went to find a manager who said again that the dress was $20. The manager went to find the woman who helped us, and both came back to the register. The woman who helped us said, "oh, okay. Sorry," and then left. The manager looked at me and just said, "It's $20." Maybe I should have said something, but to charge 4x what I was told it cost is unethical. They should have honored the $5. It was a bait and switch. My 6yo niece already loved the dress so not getting it wasn't really possible.I won't be returning for a third try.

Such an amazing selection of First Communion Dresses. I had ordered my daughters on line. It didnt arrive on time, so my husband found this spot after searching for a place that actually had 1st communion attire. The staff was lovely, the selection was amazing, and my daughter picked her adorable dress! Highly recommend. Had all of my needs met. Dress, tights and a beautiful veil! Reasonably priced everything! 5 stars!!!!

Could touch or look at anything closely during covid nevermind try on. Staff was very rude. Bought an outfit an had a brown stain since they said no returns or exchanges tried to wash it. The outfit basically disintegrated where the stain was when I called they said they could do nothing for me. I looked on Amazon and found the same exact outfit for half the price!!

Nice selections but staff was a bit rude. I felt like we were inconveniencing them for being there and kept on getting eye rolls.

Very disappointed in the customer service at Lori's Little Ones Boutique. Finding and buying a first communion dress for my daughter is something I have looked forward to for years. It is a special mother/daughter moment, unfortunately ruined by the rude and disrespectful customer service at Lori's. I arrived early on Saturday morning, shortly after they had opened. My daughter and I quickly picked out several dresses that both she and I liked. We were waiting for my mother to arrive as she wanted to be part of this special moment as well. Several rude comments were made by the sales person, who also happens to be the owner's mother. She made several comments about the number of dresses we had picked out. Yes, we had picked out about 10 dresses but I did not think this was excessive. Also, there was only one other little girl in the store at the time looking at and trying on dresses (and there are 2 dressing rooms). Finally, I asked the sales lady if she wanted me to put some of the dresses back. She said that typically girls only try on 6 dresses and find the one that they want. I find this hard to believe since the other girl that was there shopping was there for her second visit and this was our second visit as well. I asked her if there was a policy regarding the limit of trying on 6 dresses. If I had been told that she could not try on more than 6 dresses from the start, I would have adhered to the policy. Also, if there had been a sign about the 6 dress limit, I would have complied. The sales lady then went on a rant since the majority of the dresses we had selected were on the mark down rack. She said "some of these dresses - we only make $10 on and we still have to pay the employees." Really???!! I was in shock as to how I was being treated. I have never had such poor customer service in my life. She was so rude. She definitely ruined this special event for my daughter and me. I was so upset by how she treated us that she had me in tears.
