Do yourself a favor and pick another store . Very unprofessional from how they speak to people to them never picking up the phone . I’d say try the one around broad with the 4 star rating.

This location is horrible, the two employees we encountered on our visit on 9/16/23 had no type of customer service skills at all. When we first got there the female employee who was up front barely had a clue what she was doing and couldn’t accurately answer any questions. She had to keep going to the back to figure out where the other employee was to come and help with the line of customers that was coming in the store. Once he finally showed up he was very rude and disrespectful the way he spoke to customers including myself. He had barely any knowledge of what was available or wasn’t, had no clue what prices were what and just seemed very impatient as if we were interrupting his day and he just wanted to rush us out by just giving us whatever. He had some of the worst customer service skills and the worst attitude I have ever dealt with and was VERY unhelpful. I will NEVER come back to this location or recommend to anybody I know or anybody reading this go spend your money elsewhere.

The app clearly states that they're open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from Monday through Sunday. This is the third time that it's happened, I had gone to this store to pay my bill around 6:30 p.m. each and every time I get there the store is closed, there was one other time I got there again around 6:00 p.m. saw someone in the back tried to wave at them, and they just hid in the back without opening the store! They should be ashamed of themselves, and the owner is got some extremely bad and lazy employees... I do not recommend this store, don't waste your time.

They open later than posted and will see you outside and not bother to open or help in anyway just hide in the back

I have been a customer for a decade. I was given a phone that was defective I had the phone seven days.They did absolutely nothing to help me. I had to call customer service 30 times because customer service kept putting my monthly rate up and adding lines to my phone. I'm not sure what's going on but I am so upset!I'm a digital creator, I have a phone that has absolutely no storage! I deleted all pictures as well videos and it's still reading no storage.The phone is clearly defective again I only had the phone one week. And what I do I do for free and I try to put up beautiful videos every single day.I put out seven hundred videos on facebook as well instagram and if only you knew what a high time i'm having right now trying to do this.Nobody is doing anything to help me. I've had several businesses in my life and I'm not sure what's going on with 2023?In my day we went above and beyond to make our customers happy.This cannot be said for this business! All they seem to care about is making a sale not making the customer happy at all!And the way that I was treated through customer service! I had personal information taken from me which they never should have asked for! To be put through this is disgusting!When you call customer service they're all sweet nice when you can understand them and they say they're gonna. Take care of it and they just keep messing things up!

I went to pay my bill n how is the guy with the glasses gonna tell me hey u do Kno u can pay ur bill online.obviousley I know that but I'm here to pay it.he is so rude and ignorant that I will never go there again.i actually wanted to punch him in his face he should not be working there or with the public I rather go to boost mobile just because of him he is so shady n makeing money on the side.feel bad for the owner

Yesterday: Guy at store was very nice & appeared to know his stuff. He gave me a great deal. Come to find out, he didn't open an account for me. He told me 40/month but when I went online at home it looked more like 60. He said my rural neighborhood would have great coverage. None of this was true. A friend drove me 45 minutes to get there, we spent 45 min in the store, drove 45 min back. Now I'm out in the boonies and can only call out on Whatsapp. I need to call landlines like the bank and my mom, but the phone can't, and I can't leave. I gained nothing from leaving here yesterday.

Becareful of these store the girl in there is rude I went Tuesday paid 153 . I told her to pay my other phone I thought she did no she gave me a ugly case and glass protector said it was a promotion. And charged me 50 for them I would never had paid for that ugly case I bought one online. The next day I got a email saying I owed 65 dollars. I called customer service and they told me they got 93.00 that's what I owed .the 50 dollars was for the ugly case you don't just be sneaky and do that I threw the case away be careful

My husband & myself went to upgrade phones on May 22. Daniel gave us a great deal including the plan. Had to return within 1 hr later with a conflict concerning the bill. Daniel made a call & the problem was solved. No pain. He is very patient & helpful & will recommend him anytime! Pleasure doing business there. Thank you Daniel!!!

Place isn't bad, good deals, good service. Why the 1 star? With Metro the amount of spam calls you get is OUTRAGEOUS. I average anywhere from 10-20 spam calls a day and that is no exaggeration. I realize Metro uses "recycled" numbers but man, the spam calls are just too much. Once my months payment is up I'm going elsewhere.
