Easy to make an appointment online. Online check in was easy too and once I arrived, I was seen within 5 mins. Jeffrey was professional and caring. I definitely would recommend this clinic!

Honestly, they have been lifesavers for acute medical conditions. I would recommend visiting their site for the treatments they can cover. I came here for my constant bronchitis issues and they have always given me the right treatment. You're doing a great job!

Been waiting to be seen when my appointment was 30+ minutes ago and they let people go in front of me when she confirmed that she'd be "with me soon".

Came in for a wellness visit required by my employer. Definitely would not recommend this location! Mary Ellen Madsen was the nurse practitioner and was very unprofessional and offensive. She was more concerned with sharing her political views than focusing on the wellness visit that I was there for.

IF YOU HAVE MEDICARE, DO NOT GO HERE FOR VACCINATIONS. They do not bill Medicare for it properly and you WILL receive a bill. My husband and I went here to receive the Shingles vaccine, not knowing that Minute Clinic is NOT actually part of CVS, even though they are listed on the CVS website, and since the regular stores are overwhelmed due to the Covid vaccinations, we were urged to come here. Medicare will NOT accept it being billed as an urgent care visit, even though they pay for other urgent care services. It must be billed as a pharmacy item, and Minute Clinic WILL NOT do this. They just send a bill for the full amount to you. The stores also have no records of you being there. It took 6 phone calls to our insurer (Aetna Medicare Advantage HMO) plus Minute Clinic billing dept. (in Belfast, Maine) plus an in person trip to CVS headquarters in Woonsocket, RI to resolve this situation and get it billed properly. This is a fall through the cracks situation, and they really don't care about people on Medicare being stuck with big bills, they don't let you know up front in the clinic, or on their website, and they really should. It's a big disservice to us senior citizens, and I won't go there again for any reason. I still work and I don't have time to make several 45 minute phone calls to fix problems like this. I also don't have the money to pay $358. out of pocket for these shots, which Medicare will cover if billed properly. I have had problems in the past with Pneumonia shots, (at a regular CVS pharmacy) being told that it wasn't covered by my insurance and being made to pay $185. up front. I called the insurer the next day and found out that it was covered. I still get my prescriptions from CVS because they are affliated with Aetna, and because of that, I don't have a copay. If I were not saving money in this respect, I would go elsewhere entirely. I will also not buy anything in their stores, they are way overpriced. My advice, go to Walgreens for your vaccines, skip CVS and especially Minute Clinic. We went to Walgreens for the Covid booster shots and had no trouble at all getting appointments and no billing problems.

I had a serious condition and was lead astray and treated unprofessionally.

Made an appointment online (highly recommend doing this!!) and saw Jeffrey Chiv. He was professional, explained things well, did a very thorough intake and treated appropriately! Overall great experience and didn't waste half the day like some urgent cares can. I would recommend for sure.

If you are sick, feeling miserable, and need help... DON'T go here. I did and was sent on my way with advice to gargle with salt water. I had a fever, had bronchitis, and needed antibiotics. Thank God for the Ocean State Urgent care near my sister's house on Warwick avenue. I was visiting from out of state and they saved my life. They could see I was in bad shape. They correctly measured my BP, it was spiking from previous OTC cold medicine I was taking. They got me the right meds, gave me advice, were super nice, even called me 2 days later to make sure I was ok. Go there first!

Took my daughter to be seen , Jeffrey Chiv was the NP there and he is a wonderful NP and good with kids. He made my daughter and i feel comfortable, and the guy knew what he was talking about. Will definitely be going back if needed.

Wait wasn't too long, but the service provided by the NP was a bit lackluster. Seemed confused and didn't know what to diagnose me with. Made me a bit uneasy but I was in a hunch and needed quick service. Won't return. Would rather wait to schedule an appointment with a doctor than go here again..

Love when I pick up my son's medication, don't look in the bag until I get home and have someone else's medication in addition to his.

Had a good visit last time. Today I set an apt. up in advance for 10am and have been waiting for over half an hour now and the doctor took another patient in before me. Why even allow people to sign in online for an apt. If you don't honor it?

I would like to share a compliment regarding Pedro who works in the pharmacy and at the checkout on the floor. He is always very personable and he goes out of his way to make sure customers are completely satisfied. He goes above and beyond to please the customers and is very genuine and always friendly. It is so nice to see an associate there who smiles and makes eye contact with every customer. I always look forward to seeing Pedro at CVS.
